Needed to upgrade the vehicle last minute. Went back to the counter and Tish, Q and Trey who worked there was absolutely fantastic in getting this taken care of expeditiously and with an absolutely positive attitude. This rental car agency at this location takes care of its customers. Don't always go with all the negative reviews. Some of them seem unfounded and the renter is the one with the issue.

Don't be fooled, there was no one at the Alamo counter, but Enterprise was taking care of them also. I had booked a rental over two weeks ago, I had to give my card online when I did. It is a MasterCard discover card. When we got to the airport we were told it was coming up as a debit and they could not take it. The enterprise manager who was handling it pointed us to enterprise rentals. We went to the enterprise down from the airport, guess what my card came up as credit, but I had pay $300More. I think it was a set up.

Made rental car reservations two months in advance for our trip to Bozeman Montana. Called them a week in advance just to make sure that if for any reason our flight was late arriving that we would still have a vehicle. We were assured that planes are late quite often and our reservation would be held till midnight. Well our flight was delayed and we were 7 hours late, arriving in Bozeman at 8:30 pm. Upon arrival at the Alamo counter to pick up our rental car we were told that they didn’t have one for us that our reservation was for 1:30 and the only cars they had were reserved but we could wait till the last flight to see if something wasn’t picked up. WOW!On another note the young lady at the Hertz rental counter was very friendly and not only got us in a vehicle but went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Never again will we call Alamo.

By far the best rental car experience we’ve ever had!! The staff was friendly and efficient when renting and returning!!! The location of pickup and drop off was incredibly convenient. We will definitely book again if flying into Mobile.

Our flight was delayed to land in Mobile at midnight. We called the Alamo desk to ensure they could stay open until we get our reserved vehicle, and they told us they would stay open until 1:30 AM. When we landed and approached the desk at 12:15, there was no one there. We waited 30 minutes, and another airport employees informed us that the rental car desks were in fact closed. The signs on the desks, however, said that the employee had just stepped outside to intake a vehicle. We waited a bit longer, but gave up at 1:00 and called an Uber. This changed several plans we had made for our trip, based on having a rental car to drive. Extremely frustrating. Will not ever depend on an Alamo (or National, or Enterprise) rental again.

Ashley B. (Assistant Branch Rental Manager) from Mobile Alabama was extremely accommodating. She was really fast and efficient and very accommodating to what vehicle we wanted and she even had to do some legwork to accommodate what suited our trip the best (White Mustang Convertible). I will be using them again and can’t wait to come back. The rental was immaculate and the prices were 40% cheaper than the competition. Thank you so much Ashley you deserve a raise!-Danny

My parents rented a truck from Alamo to come help me move into my new house. The service employee on shift when they returned it on the evening of 30 August at 5pm was extremely rude. He ignored my parents and proceeded to assist other customers. When their receipt printed out for their transaction, he instructed them to grab it themselves while walking away. Worst customer service

Amazing staff !My flight was delayed for ~2h, arriving after midnight = after hours.The lady answered all my call , my questions before my flight, and she was here waiting for me (and others passagers) when I landed at ~00.30am. (+1h after the official closing time !), so huge thanks for the lady who did the work above of expectations on Friday July 17th ;)The Alamo kiosk is inside the terminal, car are parked just in front (3min walk).

I understand that this could have been just a luck but we had a great experience with this particular location. The front desk associate was exceptional. The distance from rental car desk to the parking lot is like 1 min walk. On the top of everything she upgraded us to a nicer vehicle because the one we reserved wasn't available at the time and she didn't try to sell an upgrade like other places usually did to us in the same circumstances in the past.
