Cute little place. Easy to find right here in Midtown Mobile. Basically, it's on the corner of Old Shell & Florida. Amy is a pleasure and super,- d helpful and friendly. I adore how they have repurposed an old building. Nice selection.

I was gonna make it at 4:50pm the building close at 5:00 SHE CLOSED 10 minutes earlier than the store was supposed to she refuse to let me get my daughter machine… This happened on 01/08/2024!!!!!!

Claims they're open until 4 on Fridays yet when I call at 2:30, their phone says it's after business hours. Maybe have the correct hours posted!

This business claims to be a BCBS AL preferred provider. Yet they won't run a claim for compression socks because the deductible hasn't been met. Every claim applies to the deductible and BCBS determines the copay BUT a claim has to be submitted for this. Instead they want me to pay full price and them not file a claim. The staff is argumentative. I spoke to Amy as well as Ann the owner. I dont recommend this business.

The woman Amy is has a very nasty attitude .I sat outside the bussiness for 1 hour and I,walk in she tells me,I just can't walk in after I had called before coming .If I,didn't need what I,needed I,would have just left.AMY HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE

After calling more than once, to try and find a simple answer to one question regarding nebulizer equipment. I decided to go over and pick up what I needed..I wrote off a short attitude on the phone as frustration from what seemed to be a poor connection...after arriving. There was noone in front and no signage about mask or appointments. I was eventually greeted by a woman on the phone who told me rudely to wait outside..after 15 mins in the heat and an additional phone call

Update to previous review. I was contacted by the Manager and my issue was resolved satisfactorily. Be sure to take note of the 30-day return policy and inspect your items upon delivery to insure you are receiving the correct items.

Way over priced. They slip a little paper in your bag on there return policy hoping you don't read it. Rude so called manager.
