I went to AA transmission because leaking transmission fluid. I'm a senior lady in a wheelchair.They were so nice. They diagnosed and fix the problem.honest,fair and super nice.Thank you Danial and Joe for the excellent service.youve made a customer very happy. Great honest people.

AA Transmission is a fantastic business. It must be noted that Danny Lang the Owner and his shop foreman "Joe" do other work not transmission related!!!! I didn't even know that at first. This is a 5 Star shop. I am dead serious, Joe is the best Mechanic in the State of Alabama. People, read this carefully don't go anywhere else in Mobile ,Alabama. Whatever your issue is go here and talk to the Shop Manager Joe Harrell. I promise you he will know exactly what your Vehicle needs. Don't even think about going anywhere else. I have had work done here 5 times. I will go nowhere else. Don't be confused by the word Transmission. They do other work, Electrical included.

Great place and amazing and very efficient and fast service! My truck started over heating while driving down the road 9 hours from Texas. I pulled over and found this place and they fit me in even though they didn't necessarily have the time. They replaced my busted radiator and got me back on the road in no time. Would recommend them any day. Very proffesional!

The owner was rude and short in welcoming me as a new customer. He tried to tell me it was going to cost 6300 plus labor for my transmission. It's a CVT. Later on bout two weeks later I found out he wasn't being honest with the codes entered in his OBD Scanner. I took it to advance a few hours later to get a second opinion and only one code came back. The owner never showed me the codes but advance did.

I give AA transmission over 5 ⭐️. Danny went above and beyond when vacationing with my husband and 4 kids 13.5 hours away from home and our transmission went out. He fit us right in within a day and even helped us tow our van 1.5 hour to the shop. Our transmission was done 2-3 days. Danny rushed knowing our situation. We picked our car up and ran great but still had a little shaking feeling so he asked us to bring it back in and he paid our hotel for an extra day to look over it to make sure we wouldn’t have issues on our long way home. Just 3 hours later we’re on the road and our van is driving beautifully. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else . Thanks so much Danny, such a genuine guy.Service: Transmission repair

Pretty sure they swap transmissions with already built ones rather than actually rebuilding them. Got them the rebuild my corvette transmission and when I got it back it doesn’t shift as hard and isn’t as fast as it was before I took it to them. Overall would not recommend.Service: Transmission repair

They diagnosed my issue, and had it ready within 2 days. Granted, it was only a minor electrical malfunction. Super nice folks, and they're honest and fair, which is hard to come by with mechanics in my experience.
