Working with this veterinarian clinic has helped tremendously when my baby boy's health issues occur.The wonderful, friendly staff explain things in a manner I can understand and repeat as needed. Not only are the staff great, but when I go to this clinic, I know its going to be affordable. Other clinics I've used will basically hold your pet as ransom to pillage your wallet. Not stressing about extremely high prices is a feeling that can't be put into words!It's been such a positive experience that it's not quite as mentally crippling. They were real gentle with her, cause it took two years just for her to let me pet her, and here they were picking her up and examining her, weighing her and she was not making a fuss at all! They have a cat side and a dog side, so you can take both pets at same time, they are reasonable on the meds that you might need too.”

Rather than just prescribe meds and hope for the best, she went above and beyond by researching the condition over the weekend, looking into the ingredients of multiple food brands, and determining the best one to help our dog prevent future problems. We brought our puppy to River Region without seeing any reviews, and I have to say that EVERYONE at River Region has been kind, courteous, loving, and very knowledgeable. Who wouldn’t want someone who is passionate about the care of our babies. My Nico has received every service from them. He goes to the daycare, has been boarded, receives grooming services, and vet services. I’m from the Midwest and the prices here are very reasonable. He has been going here since we got him at 8 weeks and he is now 13 months old. He gets so excited to see everyone there. So please see for yourself because I wouldn’t take my Nico anywhere else.
