The guy behind the counter just couldn't be bothered and basically would not assist me with buying coils. It was a small purchase - today, though it would have been a most repetitive one.
Due to his attitude and worse, the amusement he derived from humiliating his customers simply for needing assistance, was intolerable.
This is the type that of male that amuses himself with snide, smarmy, back-handed comments, and thinks it will be tolerated because he follows with terms like "babe" and "baby", instead of Miss or Ma'am. Which then just turns it all from smart mouth to, gross and uncomfortable.
I won't be back.
Usually these shops are full of people who are highly knowledgeable about their products and eager to educate and of course always helpful. Maybe he was just clueless and this was his cover.?♀️

The Crush cla without gas in days to expire! They serve food in containers when they have signs of plates, the rolled ones almost black and the wontons have bad taste. IM not coming back anymore.

Best Vape shop I've ever been too!!!! ... The owner is very polite and takes time with us newbies to explain things (unlike some of the other places I've visited in the River Region & treated like I'm the idiot) .... HIGHLY recommend Vape Factor for ALL vaping needs, both long-term & disposable, with both great customer service & a very large variety of flavors, and other products!!!

My “go to” Vape store from this day forward.!!! I’m new at vaping and decided to try buying one I could refill instead of disposables. I’m not sure what my issue was as I was very ignorant to the whole concept. So, instead of returning to the same store where the people working there couldn’t answer ONE single question, I found Vape Factor. Within 5 minutes (if that) my questions were answered and my problems solved. The gentleman mixed me up a juice that he thought would fix my unhappiness and I will be damned!!! It was exactly what I needed and was missing. Even with the gift of his full attention, he mixed me a bottle and handed it to me “on the house”! I’m continuing now, to share on my Facebook for anyone looking for a topnotch Vape Store with employees that actually know their trade. Went in there to resupply vape juice, and they offered me house blends. I usually don't do house blends because they always suck but these guy know what their doing. Got two house blends that were really good. Perfect balance of nic and juice. Also great customer service.
