One star is too much. Proceed with caution. She did give us our money back, but my daughter is in tears. The "stylist" pulled her hair into a pony tail and whacked it off--carelessly and haphazardly and way too short. No clean up, left long strands hanging, it is crooked and misshapen. Haircut time was less than 10 minutes. When is the last time you had a haircut in under 10 minutes?? This is not okay. She should be ashamed.
