The attendant signed me up for something I didn’t ask for without my permission. This is stealing. I see a few other customers have posted similar comments and the company’s responses are not addressing the issues. STOP STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS.

This place has always been one of my most liked car washes, but not this time. First thing is the price has gone up. I understand the cost of things have gone up. However, you only get like 3 things with the basic wash now and that includes the free vacuum. When you pull up to pay there is a young lady standing there, who I assume is there to offer assistance. She never looked up from her phone, never spoke, nothing.Then i pull into the wash and they took a few swipes on the left side of the car and nothing on the right. We rolled down the window to ask and all he stated was they were not allowed to and before we could ask why, he went into the office.Not impressed at all and won’t be back.

This car wash has been a good one to go to. We like the ability to stop prior to entering the wash and scrub certain areas of your vehicle.

I went a couple weeks ago, they had a promotion where when you buy a wash that day you get 4 free visits. Employee pressed all the buttons on the screen. Never once mentioned this being a monthly membership till I see the charge on my card Friday. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and to cancel whatever this employee unknowingly signed me up for. ( You can’t call the individual wash which is ridiculous) All I received was attitude and accusing me and saying there’s no way I wasn’t made aware/signed up for the membership. That I would have had to of signed/pressed the AUTOMATIC RECHARGE AGREEMENT. Even after I explained that the employee handled everything and pressed all the buttons on the screen. She then canceled my “membership” then told me I could still get washes until June 18. I preceded again to tell her I didn’t want to go back to somewhere as shady as this. Never received a response. Horrible customer service and also didn’t receive my refund. Thanks Jennifer. I will be disputing it with my bank.

So now they charge more, don't pre wash with brushes like they used to & the car wash don't clean the vehicle. Why would I continue to use this .car wash. My vehicle was not washed at all, just appearance of a car wash, but not a car wash. Very disappointed. Drive by occasionally & notice business has fell off. Its due to paying for subpar services. UPDATE: they restarted the prewash brushing and the wash is much much better. So glad they are back to doing that now. Went thru recently and was satisfied with results!! Good job!

Watch out, they are sneaky. All I wanted was a wash and vacuum. The attendant tells me, “for $10 you can get unlimited washes for 30 days”. So, I say ok. Next thing I know a month later there is a recurring charge on my card. I surely wish I had paid cash-I wonder what they would have said then.And when I vacuumed my car, I find out they charge for supplies to wipe it down and clean it inside.

Great wash. Vacuums were awesome. Also has a floor mat cleaner. They are now cashless so be prepared for that. I would recommend to others to wash and clean their vehicles.

This place has gone down hill in the last year. My car was still dirty in some areas and the rims looked horrible. Definitely lost my business. Vacuums work great if that's all you need.

I just noticed I’ve been getting charged $24.95 since November after I was offered a charge of $5 for a month of unlimited washes. I NEVER signed up for nor authorized my card to be charged continuously for a membership. I’ve never even used the car wash since October. I will be going up there tomorrow to talk to someone.

They used to be good, sold to somebody else who jacked up the prices and charge for all the cleaning supplies. The line is much shorter now because everybody left

I cancelled my Marc-1 subscription during the summer to go to these guys. It used to be good and locally owned. Then a big company called Mammoth Holdings (who owns Marc-1) bought them out, jacked up the monthly price, and no longer offers prep work to clean front and rear of your vehicle. Go somewhere else if you want a decent wash.Service: Vacuuming

Used to be good. Mammoth Holdings bought them out and jacked up the price for less quality and service. Plenty of options for a car wash now. I recommend you try those instead.

The Wash - Prattville Signed up for the $25 monthly plan and after a month they cancel my membership. Tell me "it's a billing issue", won't explain why (it's not on my end) and basically tell me it's my problem. Won't let me talk to a manager. Basically they give me the finger. Oh but, I am more to welcome to start a new plan at the $39.95 plan. What a scam. Customer service sucks - all about more money. Most incompetent business in my 50 years. Kids running it, always on their phones and cannot deal with or fix any problems.

This has always been my favorite car wash but today I purchased an upgraded wash & my vehicle was still dirty afterward! I live on a dirt road but the attendant only did like 1 or 2 swipes across my back glass so there was still dirt all over the back of my car. They used to be so good about scrubbing the front & back of the vehicle! I'm generally not one to complain but I left feeling like I hadn't received the service I had purchased.
