“I wanted to give kudos to a young lady working in the store tonight. I stopped by with an Amazon return on my way home from work. The line was long and wrapped around the small store. There was a young lady working the middle terminal. She was shorter with curly hair and glasses. Unfortunately she did not help me, so I was unable to get her name. I was impressed that she spoke to people coming in and let us know they would be with us as soon as they could. I felt she needed recognition, because I have visited here before and those working barely spoke to you or acknowledge you even when you’d get in front of them to do your transaction. It’s the Christmas season and people are often short on patience and rude. I appreciated that that young woman acknowledged customers and made sure they knew she saw them. I very much appreciated it. Especially since I’ve had such horrible service there previously. Hopefully her bosses take notice as well.”

On a recent visit, I was shipping a large package for RMA service and initially had difficulty getting the shipping label set up, but the woman at the counter was able to handle it for me without issue!
