“Tajai and Jaquita was amazing at customer service as always but as for AT&T company you guys are rated low due to the fact that customers has to WAIT for a service rate form after customers has worked LONG TIRED HOURS AT WORK and to only just to pay a bill is totally ridiculous this truly makes me want to discontinue our service, JUST TO PAY A FRICKEN BILL! Shame on you guys! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to AT&T! I’m so Disappointed, Who is the poor District Manager she need to be reprimanded!”

“BRENT BRENT BRENT is the man! Long story short- I have been having issues with my Apple Watch dropping its cellular plan and have no luck getting it connected back. It’s been 6 months of back and forth between stores and tech support having 0 luck with resolving the issue. I came to the Eastern to fix the issue no matter what it took. Brent was dedicated to providing top-notch service and support (over two and half hours before we resolved it) He took the time to fix my problems and I left with it finally resolved! Cellular Sales should be grateful for someone like Brent! He is an excellent customer service representative!”

“Called because I cracked my screen and needed it fixed ASAP. They answered quickly and politely and stated they could repair my screen in 30 minutes. Once I got there, the guy was able to replace my screen and place a screen protector on my new screen for me, all under 10 minutes. Excellent staff, great customer service, and quality work !!”

“Y'all I had a horrible experience at a fellow metro pcs location. I explained to Rakell what happened and she was the best thing that could ever happen. She got me exactly what I wanted when I stated my budget and phones I'm looking for. I absolutely loved her customer service. Give Rakell a raise and promotion for that. It literally took her 5 minutes. She got my phone , case , screen protector. I knew what I wanted and she exacuated exactly that. “I just found out this supercenter exist..it's in a cute little area in the cut with other restaurants and stores..it's of course the same as other Walmart's but they do have all their self check outs open and a few registers...I love traveling out the way to other stores..I live 5 minutes away from three Walmart's lol so yeah It's a trip..worth taking though..”
