“I often frequent this Home Depot while running errands; however today we needed to buy an appliance and needed some assistance. Twila immediately came over and started helping us with questions and information; I had a few inquiries about a particular model and she was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. It’s not often you see customer service at this level, she made shopping for a dishwasher a pleasant experience and I will happily continue to frequent this establishment because of employees like her. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took personal interest in making sure I kept my color scheme while recommending plants that work well in certain atmospheric areas of my yard. “if you need a special item or a hard to get item that lowes may stock, even a lowes in another state, make a beeline to the lighting dept and seek out the manager of that area. she helped me get an extremely off the wall solar charger that wasnt stocked, she found it in a california lowes and had it transfered to her store for me to pick up. she spent about 1.5 hours with me. never had that kind of customer service from a lowes before, or anywhere concerning a non stock item in a store. this item didnt fall under her department either, it was considered hardware. didnt stop her. i will also be dropping lowes a line about her. people always dont hesitate to complain when something is bad about a store, but rarely take the time to drop dime on an employee when they shine.”
