Came in for a haircut and was the only one in the waiting area. The staff all saw me come in and sit down, but no one told me I needed to sign in, nor was there a sign. 3 people walked in 10 minutes after me and were all given haircuts before me.

The past 2 times I've brought my daughter in for highlights they have stated that they only do color at certain times. Customer service is awful. It seems they want to do the bare minimum. I definitely will not be back for any services at this location.

I do not remember the lady name that cut my hair I told her to cut off about 1/2 inch I have a butch cut butch hair that sticks straight up. It won't lay down I have tried my best to fix it but it won't do anything. I have been sick over it. I know it will eventually grow out but I paid 40.00 for a mess. I cried when I got in my vehicle

I believe Robin was the lady who cut my hair. I've been going here for years and she is the only one who let me face the mirror while cutting my hair. May not seem like a big deal but I like being able to see what they're doing. Thanks Robin!

Never been able to get the same haircut twice with the same instructions. Asked if they could clean up my beard but not take off too much length because I'm growing it out. She just went in with the trimmer and it was already too late before I realized. I'd be less upset if it looked decent, but it's uneven and she didn't clean up my neck. Highly recommend somewhere else.
