BAMBAM! lets say bam bam came out that surgery room happy! Most the staff i saw was the most nicest respectful people i ever meet they will work with you and your dog with top notch Auttide would rate that 10/10 for experience and i rate 100/10 for taken really good care of my pup bambam some yall might now her around elmore county if you got me on any my social she working on to be a server’s dog!

I would like to thank Dr. Rigsby and team for the compassionate care we received. We came up to visit my mom for the weekend, and our dog, Cookie got sick. The fact that you have walk in hours made it easy to bring her in. Everything was explained with prices before treatment. The diagnosis was not what we were expecting, and the team worked together to assist us in making an informed choice of our options of care. We appreciate the extra time and support in our decision. Dr. Rigsby, thank you so much for everything you and your team did to help our family through an extremely difficult time.

Love this vet’s office! Always get us in and out quickly. Front desk and staff are friendly and their prices are pretty decent. My only complaint is not being able to get prescriptions to buy meds online from cheaper sellers, but I understand why they do it.

They take care of my dogs, and they treat them like family. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my dogs. The prices are amazing and the people are fabulous!!

They are nice people but their quality of service is just not good. I came to this vet because I heard their prices were good as well as had great service. There is also a significant convenience when it comes to an emergency because you can just walk in, but I feel as if they always run the same tests that do not even help. I took my dog to the vet because of her eye last year they just kind of looked at it and assumed it was an eye infection, they gave me medicine and left me on my way. Nothing was happening with what they gave me so I took her to my usual vet and in a short visit they found the issue, and also found that she had an ear infection. Then my cat was super sick so I took her in they ran so many tests to not find out what it is so they just gave me amoxicillin and sent me on my way. Now this did work, but whatever sickness my cat had transferred to the test so I brought the rest of them in and instead of acknowledging the fact that they all had the same symptoms they ran tests on ever single one before just giving me amoxicillin. When compared to a different vet I just feel as if this place never knows what’s going on would definitely not recommend unless you’re in an emergency.

Every time I have been in my pet and I have received professional and courteous service. They have laughed and cried with me when the situation warranted it. I will not be going anywhere else. The grooming service is excellent as well

Fantastic local veterinary! Never had any issues with this vet. Be prepared to wait a little while for their services on a busy day. A lot of people take their pets to this vet for the simple fact that they offer great services at a fair price.
