Rented here for over 3 years never been late. Never call for maintenance. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude. They just changed a bunch of things. They want to be additionally insured on your renters insurance that they make you get. (So they can make a claim against it) they asked my wife why she didn’t divorce me since I work out of state. They send a post dated letter for oct 30 that was mailed and time stamped on November 30th. This contains the changes they are making.They go up on the rent $50 every year. They want trampolines out of yards (I understand that) no parking on grass(also understand that.) but the insurance is taking advantage and the rude unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We will be relocating and telling others to stay away!!They rent to section 8 as well…so I guess this is their way of getting more out of the people not on government assistance.Look elsewhere don’t rent from these people!

They don't really give people a chance. They check credit and all for eligibility.

Just if you become a tenant I hope you never need to call maintenance. Called maintenance today the guy showed up and said because it’s cool the AC is working fine. I cannot get my apartment to maintain a normal temperature in the daytime. Last months bill was $285 for electric I stay in a tiny two bedroom. I have a busted back window been that way since I moved in the first six months I went there every month and complained nothing has been done about it I’ve been staying here for nearly 2 years tbh just fine a better company to rent from.

My Mother has been living in the ones in Ozark and BED BUGS ARE SOOO BAD THEY ARE NOT MAKING THE ENTIRE COMPLEX GET TREATED SO THEREFORE THE PROBLEMS WILL ALWAYS EXIST DO NOT MOVE THERE‼️‼️‼️
