This picture is a purse they sell just different types of styles. The yellow seat of ? roses I absolutely had to have it. It's a small yellow rose stool. “I went into Honeycreeper chocolates not realizing that they cohabitate with this clothing store as well. A few pieces on their sale rack caught my eye out front, but nothing that made me want to purchase anything. I did not interact with the staff, but the main reason I knocked off one star is based on the pricing this store utilizes. I understand and appreciate the goals and ideals of sustainability that basic. is trying to promote. However, I feel that $630 for a sweater dress is not the answer to promote sustainable fashion.The owners informed me that there is a section of used clothing in the back of the store starting at $10, which I think it very smart. I will have to go back and check it out!”

Exquisite taste and a sweetheart disposition who’s always willing to assist even if you’re a “drive by”, like me.? He has recently changed addresses in Tarrant and is now located at 1140 Ford Avenue with a new number as well. (I’ll let him post it publicly.) Word on the streets is he also hopes to open a shop in Gardendale in the future. “I have tried to shop here multiple times and each is the same- I just cannot give business to a store that does not greet, does not engage or offer help, and looks at the customer as if deciding whether they are worthy of assistance. Each time I leave feeling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman after her first shopping attempt.After the last time when my daughter was treated in the same manner, I am compelled to leave a review. Other Homewood boutiques are much more pleasant, kind, helpful and will receive my business.I am updating my review based on my most recent experience. I chose to try and shop again. It was completely different ?I was greeted and offered help. The associate working the fitting room offered her opinion when I asked since I was shopping for my daughter. The staff was friendly and were helping many in the store as well. I am glad I gave the store another chance. “Maurice's is a clothing company that I have only learned about recently. They have a bunch of different styles and accept all women of all shapes. I am so happy to see that more and more companies are broadening their horizons and bringing in clothing sizes and styles for more than the average shaped woman. This store is located in Bessemer in the Promenade shopping center. It is located right in the middle of Shoe Dpt. and Kay's Jewelry. Coming inside the store, it seems like the more fashionable clothing is located in the front of the store, whereas the uglier and out of season clothing is located further back. Trendy clothing for the time being is patriotic clothing and they had a lot of it, bandana like clothing styles and tank tops for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. As you walk further into the store there is a section devoted to jeans too. All sorts of jeans for any and all occasions. Way in the back of the store there is a small section for plus sized women. It might be small, but at least they are trying to incorporate it into their company. Most companies won't even go that far. My friend and I decided to try to hit the clearance racks and honestly, it wasn't anything that great. Everything on the racks was $25 or higher. I don't consider that too much of a sale. But again at least they are trying. Also I noticed a lot of their sale items were holiday themed. Overall, my experience here was pretty good.”
