I’m giving this CVS a 1 because of the rude, unprofessional, lazy cashier. It’s unfortunate how her actions make the other employees look bad. My experience with the pharmacy was ok.

This location is HORRIBLE! I have never encountered a more disrespectful or Incompetent location/individuals regarding their pharmacy. How can you service the community yet don’t possess any customer service. Instead of filling an order I was given consent run around. They wouldn’t check another branch or provide any assistance only to call back. This carry on for days. I also experienced being giving incorrect medication that cause me to have a negative reaction. I wish I could give them a negative rating. I will never return and will encourage others to move their services to a different company. CVS please do better or you will continue to lose business.

Walked in to ask question upon pharmacy, lady in front didn’t not answer me . She turned on me, went to the back to pick my things up and lady at counter never turned around to acknowledge anyone in store and was on her phone . Me and another costumer just left out stuff on counter and walked out. This store is really bad!!

Whoever is leaving reviews for this location obviously is lying. This is the worst most unprofessional location. Pharmacist Davekio rude atheist technicians very rude. I would not dare send anyone to them for anything. He lied and said he could not give me there names. Went to another pharmacy i homewood she said that is not true. Very rude No care for customers needs of prescriptions.

Attempted to reach the Pharmacy 4 times in one day. Each time, I held for 15-20 mins and no one ever answered. A few times, it seemed like someone picked up and immediately placed me back on hold without saying anything

Pleasantly surprised,,!!!
Pharmacy team was great. Needed help with my àppt for vaccine. It was corrected and I got my COVID 19 3rd updated booster plus pnmonia vaccine. The pharmacist was very good in administering BOTH. The tech was pleasant came on the floor to help 3 customers while I was there. À really great experience.

They never have your prescription my child doctor call the prescription in the three times they still said they didn't receive it the doctor call a another pharmacy its was done in minutes rude pharmacy technicians but the male pharmacist he's just as bad if I could give them no stars I would just horrible

The women that work in this pharmacy are the WORST. Ask a simple question... Like when medicine could be picked up and they get an attitude for no reason. Horrible customer service.Why is this place even open? A waste of space completely

This Pharmacy has been Pitiful for some time now. There's always a problem there, either with the system, not enough folks to wait on you or they just don't have what you need . For the life of me I cant understand why are they still there.

They are the sorriest pharmacy I've ever went too. They never have my prescription when I need something filled. I have to go the "white" suburbs to get my medicine filled. Customer service is just as horrible. Need a whole new makeover
