I have been renting with best way since 2018 I recently had some things transpire which caused me to be late on my payment I called when they opened on Monday to tell the lady that I would be late also informed her that I would be in with the money that Friday she instantly had an attitude wanted to get in my business telling me when I got paid and so on her attitude was the most disgusting thing i have ever witnessed in what’s suppose to be a professional environment. She also called my house several times after telling me they would come get the tv let’s just say she never sent anyone she also left a voicemail stating I had a warrant out for stolen merchandise that I never stole out of all of my 5 years of dealing with best way had an experience like this I wouldn’t recommend no one renting from them their not loyal to their customers and the manager of the store is very rude for some stuff that’s over priced.

First I start by saying the only reason why I had a bad overall review of this place is because some of the staff members are really rude they also handled my process poorly in my experience with him please make sure you check your paperwork when dealing with this business that's the main thing I would like to say however the delivery guy in my honest opinion is a cool and down to earth person whatever he's getting paid I surely hope he gets a raise however if you do deal with this business Make sure you proceed with caution

I wish I could leave negative stars! This store is HORRIBLE!! No customer service at all! My initial visit, the dark skin lady was rude... Jacenta with the blue hair was SWEET. I went back because of her. My second visit....the same lady, on her phone, barely acknowledges me. I then am led to the Manager Mike. He's got a flip attitude off the top. Again customer engagement is subpar...they were both entertaining whomever was in video call while trying to attend to me (A CUSTOMER). I was told on Friday that my furniture would be delivered Tuesday. Come Tuesday at the delivery time.... nothing. I call, at 5pm, the rude lady is just then calling my references. That was another unprofessional conversation with Mike. Come today, I called to follow up Mike get smart with me blaming my references as the hold up because they couldn't reach everyone last minute. Don't go there...Mike is AWFUL

This the worst experience I ever had with a store. Will not be recommended the store to anyone. The store manager is extremely rude. They only let you paid on the furniture for a little, then refused payment, and issue a order pickup. Please everyone stay away from the midfield store.

Customer service isn’t all that great, they will get you in being all nice especially this one (1) particular person, (Mike)!!! I supposed to had received my furniture on a Saturday, mind you I had to call to make sure I was still going to get it, nevertheless I was told that I was about to get called to be inform about rescheduling but never was contacted. So I was told I was to receive 2 days off my payment and get a text for the full payment. I call and talk to Mike about what he told me about the days being taken off, his words was that he didn’t have or have anything to do with that part!!!!! But in the other hand John was nice and more of a people person!!!!! #teamjohn#
