You guys suck!!!!!! My mail is scheduled to be delivered yet it’s still on my front porch at 7:40 pm. You cram my mail in my box. Bend my mail when there’s a DO NOT BEND sticker on it. Sometimes we can barely get the mail out it’s shoved so full!!!!! Terrible service.

Ordered tv from Amazon, free prime shipping. These people wanted another $100 to release to me. Called USPS customer service and the rep said that I did not owe additional shipping because it was paid by Amazon. Went to PO to pickup as she suugested and they refused release unless I paid. This must be a scam if local PO can levy additional charges. Why didn't they charge when they picked it up? I told them to return it. Now they have to pay to send it back. Shows how poorly managed usps is. USPS should be closed down, UPS and FedEx are better and have never tried to extort more money to give me my items.

Although the postal workers have always been friendly, this place is impossible to get in and out of. I go to the Hazel Green post office now which is out of my way.

If I could give no starts I would. Worst postal service I have ever experience. What's the use of providing package pickup service if you're going to do whatever you want with the packages or not even process them for shipping. I run a small business and I am steadily losing money. Paying high priority rate shipping for your things not to be shipped is HORRIBLE

The clerk who attended me was very kind, I don't know if everybody are all like that, although she is not the first person in that office to help me and give me a solution.

I was expecting a package to be delivered from Amazon by 9:00 p.m. on 4/14/23. InsteadIt was held at the Meridianville Post Office per customer request, which I did not make. Amazon contacted USPS where I learned the Post Office could not deliver on time soThey just decided to enter customer requested it he held for pick up due to them notdelivering in timely fashion.

This post office used to be extremely convenient and efficient. However it has not grown with the community it serves. Parking is a premium, when you can get spot that is. This morning there were only 3 open spaces and one of them was a handicap spot. The rest were occupied by carrier vehicles or the carriers' personal vehicles. And they continue to man the office with one teller. Unacceptable. Doesn't make a strong argument not to privatize.

While our mail carrier is very friendly and I appreciate the long hours they work, the service provided by the post office is almost non-existent. The parking lot is mostly occupied by USPS vehicles, leaving only 4 or 5 spots for customers. The hours are not convenient for people who work and they are closed at lunch, so I cannot even go on my break. They do not answer the phone. They regularly open 10-15 minutes late but they are sure to close at 4:00 p.m. on the dot - if not a couple of minutes before. Place a vacation hold at your own risk - good luck ever seeing your mail!I am missing over 30 pieces of mail from the last two weeks. We do not get mail delivery regularly.

Worst US Post Office ever! Not only do I not get my mail even with Informed Delivery telling me what’s coming, I didn’t get 30 days worth of mail that was being held for me and they magically lost it. Not surprising when you visit the post office to make a complaint and there’s mail all over the floor, the mail attendants are outside putting boxes in their personal vehicles without any standards and it just shows that anyone with a pulse can work at this location because no one cares. So sad. I’m thinking to move out of this location for many reasons but this has got to be the worse ever. I’ve only lived in 4 months and what a disaster this place is.

This has to be one of the worst Post Offices. The parking lot is terrible. I live in a nearby neighborhood and rarely do we get mail on time. Some days (normal delivery days) we don’t get mail at all. Something that says “out for delivery” often doesn’t show up until the next morning. Another problem is often mail is delivered to the wrong house in our neighborhood, I guess reading isn’t a requirement for employment anymore.

Since it is impossible to get a real person on the phone, I have to post this here. For 2 days straight USPS has dug a rut in my yard delivering packages. Why? It's a straight driveway, no need for all this!!! Please stop it!!!

Great custom service! Not a long wait, very fast and efficient. The guy answered all my questions in a very timely and professional yet friendly manner! Not like the usual post office you go to.

I just moved to Meridianville on 11.1.22 and for the past 3 days the mail truck drove past my mailbox even with the red flag up...I know because I watched it speed by so the next day I flagged the mail truck down and asked as to way they are skipping my mailbox ? they were nice to say they'll bring some change address forms the next day because they had a huge bundle so yesterday was that day 11.5.22 and they may had forgotten but like the past few days I watched them speed on by...(lol Im not mad I think it's funny we are merely human beings ? and tend to forget we make mistakes.) BTW I will just go to the post office and get my own.. for now the 1 star will remain until I see change and my mail actually starts to come. ?If you have ever worked then you should know how it is being short staff or worse when only the boss and one worker show up.

The drivers visit everyone home everyday, some have over 2000+ homes a day. Getting one piece of your neighbors mail is not the worst thing. Especially we most of those 2000+ peeps think their item is the most important in the entire mail system. Mistakes are going to be made. As for the office staff they have always been super helpful and nice when we have gone. But when the office closes at 4 it means 4pm, not 401pm, or 4pm and 1 seconds; those door are going to be locked.
