There are so many options of style and price at Reflections. I was very pleased with their selections and was able to make a decision immediately because their prices were the best I had found PLUS their customer service is exemplary. I have purchased (and had delivered) furniture on two separate occasions. Alexis and Cindy were helpful and friendly. Delivery Guru's Anderson and Chris were prompt and professional - - not to mention patient - - when delivering the furniture. I did not see any rolling of their eyes when asked to move the sofa two inches to the right.Reflections will be my go-to store for future furniture/lighting purchases!

This is one of the ONLY furniture stores where you can buy off the floor and leave with furniture that day! Of course you can order amd wait, and or get a much more customized piece of furniture. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. We have just about completely furnished our home from this store. We have shopped a number of stores throughout the Tennessee valley, but this is the BEST!

Nice enough place, and the associates were at attentive (not sure I'd go as far as to say friendly but that doesn't bother me). I got a quote on a flexsteel couch and chair (exact same model and fabric) at this place to price compare to furniture row and it was $800 more here before taxes and delivery (furniture row quote included taxes and delivery). Whew.

This was my first purchase with Reflections and I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience. The moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by the nicest employee named Cindy. She provided a wealth of information about sofas...brands, durability, fabrics, warranty info, etc and best of all, she listened carefully to what I was looking for & showed me many options in a variety of price ranges. Cindy helped me every step of the way to find the perfect sofa! There was a question about a sofa cushion so she provided EXCELLENT customer service went out of the way to remedy the situation. The delivery was an exceptional experience as well. Reflections delivered our sofa an hour before they were due, were very friendly and professional and made sure we were happy with the sofa before they left. I have bought furniture for several houses over 30 years, and have NEVER had such a wonderful, pleasant and easy experience anywhere else. Reflections is the first place I will go the next time I need any quality furniture. You can not beat their selection, prices and customer service!!!

I created an account just to be able to write this review. I have never ever seen a more unprofessional approach to furniture sales. My husband and I walked into the store after seeing a Facebook post mentioning 50% off which seems like a great deal right? Well if something seems too good to be true it must be. This stores definition of giving 50% off is to mark up the price of their furniture 2-3x more than other stores and then discount by 50% and their prices are still outrageous. We found a couch that was cloth, not even leather for $5,200. And this was just for a sectional. Not to mention their bed frames ranging from $1,200 to $2,000+. We went to another furniture store (Furniture Row) and got a couch, loveseat, AND recliner for less than what we would have paid for a sectional at this store. While we understand every store is having shipping/inventory issues, this is no excuse for the outrageous prices. Also the customer service is lacking as we were only greeted and told about their sales tag and then never checked on again while plenty of young women stood at the desk chit chatting with one another. Overall the furniture is beautiful, but you can find good quality furniture for a more reasonable price somewhere else.

I cannot say enough great things about this store!! They have a huge selection ! The staff are so helpful, but not pushy!! You can buy off the floor!! After months and months of searching…within an hour I had found a sectional sofa and dining table!! You won’t find better prices in the area!!! Check them out ❤️
