Mrs Cooke the blonde lady with the black & pink jeep. is not professional & very rude. She didn't ring up my order correctly & I advised her nicely that the Scott toilet paper did not ring up correctly. the sale was buy 2 for $8. I advised her of her mistake. She told me she would have to void the entire order out instead of just fixing the prices. It was very rude and the customer behind me was inpatient. I told her to let the customer go ahead of me. But the customer wanted to argue with me & said oh come on lady. Mrs Cooke told me there was a line. mind you only 3 it 4 people. Even informed her that she could go ahead and take the other customers that I would wait. Mrs Cooke sided with the other customers remind you I let her continue to take the other customers. Then Miss Cook told me that I had would have to leave the store. I did not understand why she said I was the one being rude. Then she said if I didn't leave the store she was going to call the cops. I just want to buy the stuff that I was buying for my daughter's friend's birthday party and I need those items Can you please just fix it. Christian whether or not she had the authority to kick me out of the store. Oh honey I'm the assistant manager I could do what I want. She has very poor customer service skills instead of just asking me nicely if it was okay to take the other customers and have me wait. I even offered to her that I would wait for her to take the other customers. there's no need for her to kick me out of the store and call the police on me. Is the second time that she had made mistakes and rang up my items incorrectly and I had told the manager on her so for some reason she had some hatred towards me because I told on her. therefore she was wrong. I have copies of all my receipts and I even had another customer threaten me another time in the store and they did not ban that customer. not get rude I was not irate and I did not threaten anybody. feel like I was discriminated against and therefore I am filing a complaint which I did already.

The young girl running the register has a hateful mouth! There is no reason to speak to a customer that way! I ask her to make a note to the manager about something ringing up wrong. She told me, ITS OK, MOST PEOPLE DONT GET IT CONFUSED..... Dollar General.... you need to select your employees better! I know places are desperate for employees but she needs some customer service classes. Its common sense for most people. But bless her heart, she just dont have it!

Decent Dollar General Location, it has decent selection and was fairly organized. My only complain is the entrance to the parking lot is really narrow for some reason making it a bit difficult to get into if it’s busy.

Always friendly, some time too friendly. Most employees are quick at register and can get people in n out fast.
