“NAECU, formerly Huntsville Teacher's Credit Union has been around forever! I won't mention how long I have banked with them. :) Their membership used to be limited to teacher's and I think gov't workers, but they relaxed their membership - you'd have to check their website for those details. Everybody from the receptionist, to the tellers, to the President are so professional, friendly, pleasant, and helpful, in person and via the phone. They have two branches in HSV, one in Madison and one in Athens. I've financed car purchases through them, had (and still have) a small unsecured loan available if I ever want it, and have used them for notary services and counter checks, etc. They usually have a selection of 1-3 repossessed vehicles at this branch for sale, parked to the left of the front parking lot. The service I do not think they offer is mortgages. Throughout the year they have various activities such as open houses, offers for money for referring new members, and ink cartridge recycling. I highly recommend this local financial institution!”

“The company that I am employed with has had an account with this location for the past year and a half. There is nothing more than great things that I can say about them. Every encounter I have had has been wonderful. The staff are all amazing and friendly, especially Heidi and Joe. They are quick to resolve potential issues and go above and beyond. As for the location, the main area is always spotless and not often busy. Parking is easy, it is in a garage. While dropping off deposits it feels safe and secure. Overall since we opened the account it has been extremely pleasant. My company’s corporate offices just switched over to another bank, but I will say I hate to go. Thank you guys for the last year and a half. Anyone looking for friendly, helpful, and communicative bank should check this location in specific out.”

“I usually don't write reviews but had to do it for this branch. I needed help with my closed business account. I called 1800 number and stopped by other Regions branches trying to get help. Noone seemed to care. When I stopped by this particular branch Nicita, client advocate, went above and beyond trying to help me. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jennifer, branch manager, was wonderful too. I could see that she is a great manager who cares not only for clients but her employees. She built a fantastic team who work together. I would highly recommend this Regions bank branch!”
