This is my grandmother and She works really hard to keep her customers happy, she’s open 7 days a week, there is no other shop i’ve been to that is open 7 days a week in Mentone,I’ve painted and helped her myself, she’s really amazing, keep doing you granny.

I visited Mentone, AL, and lucked up on this awesome lady from TN. And she proudly displays her TN pride. Take the time to listen to her chit-chat with you a while as you peruse her tiny shop. Love the various bright pottery blown mugs and other dishes. Stop in and remind Belinda that on 10/15/22, Rocky Top won.

We were in Mentone in the spring of 2022 and I bought a Windchime from this place. She was very nice and informed me that if any of the pieces broke she would be glad to replace them. I got home and hung it on my back patio and one of the pelicans broke. I contacted her and she informed me that she had just had eye surgery but as soon as she could fool with the clay which would be the next week she would get one painted and ready to mail. I advised her that there was no hurry to get better that it was not an emergency. This was on June 16,2022. On Jan 2, 2023 one of the palm trees broke and I contacted her at that time and ask her if she could replace it also. She replied on the same day and said that she should be getting her shipment by the end of the week and mine would be one of the first ones out. Keep in mind that I still have not received the first replacement. This is June 21, 2023 and I still have not received my replacements or heard from her. I can not recommend doing business with her. We stop in and buy a mug every time we take a trip to Mentone. Looks great and great quality.

Even though most everything else in Mentone was closed. Thus cute little shop was open and absolutely full of charm (and a super adorable rescue pupper!)The shop owner carries items from other artists and people in the area.If you're ever driving through Mentone, stop in and say hello!! Buy a wood carving or some pottery!
