“My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently. Front desk personnel were very friendly and nice. Great location with plenty of restaurants and just about anything you might need on a road trip. I will definitely book this location again. The rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely money well spent!”
“Everything is great the tv, the thermostat, the breakfast is above average. And this location is right next to many places to eat including a walmart. But this place is currently undergoing renovation so your experience will be less then ideal outside of the room. Other than that great hotel.”

“The hotel staff was amazing they did everything to accommodate,making sure we were satisfied. The rooms were nice and comfy. Additionally, the full breakfast bar was awesome, great variety, fresh quality food and it saved us time and money. “It was okay. Just had a little cigarette smoke smell. Quiet....Rooms: It had like an after cigarette smell but it was okay.Safety: It was pretty quiet nobody walking around out of the ordinary.Food & drinks: Got snack machine.”
“Good night sleep comfortable bed the receptionist got me my room quick didn't have to wait around like most places I've stayed and got breakfast there's a couple restaurants close to Applebee's I will stay again next time i go back through Bessemer. To the ladies that work there they work hard cleaning up y'all are amazing thank you”

“The personal was very professional and polite. The rms are very well kept, clean, no issues with the air or heat. The pillows could be softer (they were very stiff). Larger towels would be nice. 2 small towels and 2 face clothes and 2 hand towels just isn't enough for 2 adults. We we're very disappointed that there wasn't at least a continental breakfast especially for the price of the rm.Rooms: Rooms are nice, only issue is pillows are very hard and the towels are small and only 1 per person. Sorry for those with long hair who like to wrap it up in a towel to dry.Food & drinks: Coffee only for guests no breakfast.Noteworthy details: Staff keeps the place clean.”
“Kind of a hole, price is right. Was given a smoking room instead of nonsmoking by default. Exterior littered with trash and butts, no grab and go breakfast option. Room linens and towels were stained and had cigarette burns, bed was comfortable.”
