They were very transparent on this issue and gave updates. I was able to receive all the items I purchased before Christmas. I cannot say the same for the other boutiques. Their customer service was kind. Yes I saw I delay during the holiday in response but they still got back to me and were considerate and nice. I cannot say the same as other boutiques. A long time ago (when they first opened), my wife bought a gift card for a family Christmas Gift exchange. The family member went shopping and found the gift card wasn't activated. It was mortifying for my wife...poor 80 year old lady was denied at the register. We learned a good lesson, and have never had that problem again.”

I gave 4 stars only because the classes I prefer are early morning and they don't have a enough to accommodate but fingers crossed to more instructor taking on earlier classes.”
