Walked in to a branch 2 hours before closing asking to complete a simple change to an account. There was enough time for someone to tell me there was no one to help me but this was also the same person that walked in and out to the parking lot 3 times during the 10 minutes I was there. I also saw another so called banker walking around aimlessly. I have been with Wells Fargo for close to 20 years and expected better customer service for loyalty. I think it is time to move on....

Unpleasant of using Wells Fargo so far. They could not stop a deposit check before it was deposited, after you realized there's a mistake and called them in advance. No idea how they would protect the safety of your money. Experience at this branch is the worst. Few hands are available to help. The banker is almost always busy or fully occupied. Try to get a notary for my child's school but never succeed here. Do not recommend.

The customer service at this bank is severely lacking! No one answers the phone, they tell you to come in for something and then they are unprepared.They tell you that they will call you back, and they don't. I know times are tough right now getting reliable employees but, the way they conduct their business at this branch does not give me much confidence to continue keeping my money here. Sad times.

I had a very pleasant experience coming into this location. The tellers were all so polite. I am based in GA and have never met such friendly tellers. I first went through the drive thru and was advised my transaction had to be done inside. She was very kind about it and even informed the next teller that I was coming in so she already knew what to expect. Great service from this team on a Saturday. I remember one tellers name was Shaneice.

I had a real problem with fraud and was trying my best to be compliant and give all the information I could to prove my innocence and the Wells Fargo down the street said there was nothing they could do, and when I spoke with Chistopher Chancellor, and he was SOOO helpful and resolved the problem in what felt like no time flat! If I have something important I need done I will definitely be asking for the same banker. Thanks again your Awesome!!!

Every time I go to any of their branches I am always politely greeted and welcomed to their banking/financial establishment. I've always been treated very courteous. I've never had a situation that left me with a sour taste in my mouth by any of the employees, they all have always been respectful and go out of their way to insure that they have met my every need and always ask if there is anything more they can do to assist me. They all wear masks due to Covid restrictions but you can still tell when they smile at you with their eyes. I am glad and proud to say that Wells Fargo is the financial institution I chose to deal with and of course I pray that we will continue to have a great rapport with one another! I feel blessed that I was sent to deal with Ms. Faith, she was truly a Godsend to me that day. I was so blessed to have crossed her path that day. God knew what and who I needed that very day.

It will not let me post pictures but I’ll say this… this is a nation wide bank in the busiest part of north Alabama and they had 2 tellers working both drive thru and lobby. I’m disgusted and will be changing banks…

Called ahead during the week te ask questions regarding depositing something which had to be handled with a banker directly amd was informed I could make an appointment or walk in Friday or Saturday during lobby hours, sat on a phone call for 30 minutes in the parking lot on a Saturday because the lobby was locked and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Very poor service and unable to get a hold of anyone inside after calling 5 times to the direct branch number which isn't event the phone number attached to the location, the location phone number is for a hold line not the branch.

I drove up to see people being directed to the drive up teller at 11:35. I was extremely disturbed by this because the drive-thru line was very long. There is no Wells Fargo location where I currently live and I needed an amount of cash that I could not get out of an ATM. This was a very horrible experience. Been with you before it was Wachovia or Wells Fargo, but experiences like this make me question my loyalty.

Hours are 9 to 5 but they closed the lobby at 11:30am and sent me back out the drive through where I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. I'm seriously considering changing banks. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with stupidity.
