Great store, CVS across the street dropped the ball and only have one person working there to start. I called to have my prescription transferred to walgreens and they helped me out in a timely fashion. I really appreciate their help and will be going there from now on.

Every associate I came in contact with at this location was RUDE. Sorry not sorry. Never coming here again. I asked for help from a couple of the associates and they CLEARLY didn’t want to be bothered. 10/10 don’t recommend shopping at this location. I didn’t even feel like shopping. I just walked out.

Terrible experience with pharmacy drive thru, window staff, and pharmacist. Just don’t if you can avoid. Go somewhere else!

Very upset, my 5 last puff inhalers have been defective that Walgreens has filled. I tried to get them replaced, was told not their problem. Feeling let down, cheated and asthmatic. ????

Fix the hours listings for pharmacy I came at 8am on Monday and they didn’t open the pharmacy until 9am it’s even posted on the door outside so someone please update it so other people will not drive here and have to wait an hour to get something from the pharmacy

Ashley truly helped me Tuesday by getting my medicine transferred from another location. My doctor made a mistake and sent it to the wrong Walgreens. The young man at the window was very nice. This is why I changed to Hughes. Thank you!

Super long wait time on the phone and at the drive thru. Switched from CVS to them - but their service is no better. "Thank you for calling Walgreen's - please hold!" Leaves you on hold. You can be short staffed - but there is a better way to treat people. Note to self and others - Eat Right, Exercise - be healthy and minimize using these companies that take advantage of the fact that we "need" them.

Another terrible review due to poor customer service. First visit, they state your prescription will be ready in 15mins. I say ok I'll be one back in an hour And hour later I arrive. They state, we are filling your prescription it should be just a moment. 15 mins later still nothing so I leave I come back in approx 2 hours later and they say it's almost ready. What a joke. Everyone go to another pharmacy. They lack customer service on all levels.

hands down the worst pharmacy chain. Trying to call in rx's for patients is a NIGHTMARE! If you don't leave a voicemail you wait on hold for over 15 min. if you do leave a voicemail they tell your patient you haven't called in anything..... get it together walgreens!

They were great. Very sweet and courteous. Took kids in for their COVID booster, they were very busy but were able to get us in very close to our appointment time.

Ok ok ok .... Again I get that Walgreens is busy and this store has a large volume. Here is my problem: as a pharmacist I need for the pharmacy staff to pay attention to the patient standing in front of you . I walked up with a prescription for KEFLEX and waited..... and waited while multiple people were served at the drive thru. Then I was told 20 mins by the operations manager (on her shirt). After waiting 25 mins I asked about the prescription and was told they did not have KEFLEX in stock. For a pharmacy to not have keflex in stock is equivalent to a grocery store having no milk. It is unheard of. So to the operations manager I say - you need to manage your inventory better and communicate with your patients prior to making them wait 25 mins. They did call the prescription to the Walgreens 5 mins from them (after we asked them to do this) and I will tell you that story on the next review. We -as healthcare providers -must do better.

I live only 0.1 miles away from this Walgreens location, but i will never go to this location or any Walgreens any more in my life. I met a medical unprofessional at this location, called Chyd. On June 18, 2022. I went to there, because after traveling one week in California for a conference i had very severe COVID symptoms - all of them (including fever, coughing, and loss of taste and smell) and i was extremely sick. I wanted to have a COVID test, but after waiting 40 minutes of their lunch break (which was not shown on the website), Chyd told me that to have a COVID test, i needed to go to website and make an appointment. I was not able to be tested or make an appointment on the site, even though i was sick and had all serious symptoms . I came home and i made an appointment for 10:45 am of the next day (which was the earliest time available). The next day, i felt even more ill and i could hardly move my body (due to bone-ache). When i managed myself to appear at the appointed time, Chyd (the same guy) completely ignored me and called a white woman standing behind me and took care of her business before me. When finally he talked to me, i told him that my symptoms were stronger than the previous day and i made an appointment for testing. He asked me if i brought a copy of appointment - i said no. Since i made an appointment at online, i thought I would need not a copy to bring. Then he told me that without me showing the proof of the appointment, they could not perform the COVID test on me. I told him i was very sick, but he did not provide me a test. So, I decided this was and will be my last time to visit Walgreens.
