Very slow and regularly gives me the wrong medication one time I had to go back three times to get my dad's blood pressure medicine they kept giving me some other medication this place is inexcusable dont come here

I'm a professional Healthcare provider with a PhD. I typically assume people are doing the best they can. That being said, this Pharmacy location is the worst one I've worked with across two states. You can't get someone on the phone when you call, and Ive stayed on hold more than 20 minutes. I had a script filled incorrectly. They refused to re-flavor an antibiotic for my two year old without a new prescription (so they can charge you again). This is something other Pharmacists at Other Walgreens will do to help children take their medicine and get better without escalating symptoms. People before profits are important. Organizational culture change, and perhaps a leadership change, at this particular location is critically needed. Otherwise, you will keep losing business.

Their pharmacy is painfully slow, unresponsive, and often just flat out fails to fill prescriptions. I've never had as many issues getting medications as I do at this pharmacy. The only thing they're consistent about is their inconsistency. Their photo department isn't any better: Recently sent in one hour photo order that they just simply informed us they didn't have time to print when we showed up to collect it. We told them to cancel, but they went ahead and printed the order -- two days later -- then tried to charge us. Ridiculous.

This Pharmacy had been consistently slow. Drive thru moves at a snails pace and there is always a line inside. RX's take a day or more to fill. Honestly if you need something filled quick, go to the Publix next door.

This place is incredibly slow, racist and unorganized. My wife had a 3:00 appointment for a flu shot and already filled out the paperwork. When she got there she checked in. She didn’t get anyone to help her until an hour later, and the system was supposedly down and she had to do it again. Not mention how racist the staff was. Wife had 3:00 appointment waits 1hour+ but white man walks in for 3:45 appointment gets seen in 5 minutes.

Simply put.... Do not go to this pharmacy. Understaffed and is getting worse. God help you if you send a prescription here that you need. Still waiting on something called in over 24 hours ago. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

I had an interesting experience with this Walgreens. Bottom line up front--The store is in a great location--easy to get in and out of. They have a respectable inventory of what you would expect. Their staff is friendly when you do get to the checkout, but this store has some fundamental issues: severely understaffed and as a result somewhat unorganized inventory, and uncertain process/awkwardness abound. I was originally scheduled for my flu shot in tonight's visit, but had to help someone with a flat tire as I was on my way, and would have been late by 20 minutes. I rescheduled using the Walgreens App for another day...there was no option for running "a little late." I went to the store anyway--thinking I would apologize and try to get the flu shot they had reserved for me anyway. After all it was 7pm on a Monday night. I had a prescription to debate filling as well...so the trip made sense. When I arrived, the parking lot was a bit crowded. There were three people on the pharmacy drive-through. I walked in to see three people in line at the photo area...when only that resister is open it is usually a signal for scaled down staffing operations. As I made my way to the pharmacy area I was greeting only by a line of no less than eleven frustrated looking folks down the product aisle. As I was processing all of this, I decided not to approach them for a flu shot. In fact, it was so awkward that I was glad I had missed the original appointment. I took a look at the prescription--OTC vitamins for my son. I had really wanted to weigh out the formal prescription cost vs just buying them. With the prescription I know I can use my flexible spending plan...but with that line NO THANKS! I tried to navigate the store to find the vitamins, but again it was awkward because of the line. I finally found what I needed, stood in line at the photo counter, and was out of this place. 2.5 stars from me, rounded to 2 because I just can't round up to 3 for a place where the customer feels uncomfortable being there.

Extremely slow. Had an appointment online for covid-19 vaccine and completed the required form before arrival and still have to wait almost an hour to get the shot. Not sure if they know how to run their system or if the system itself is messed up.

Came to Walgreens, was met at the door by manager stating that they're closed because their system is down, however as I'm leaving I see other customers still finishing up their purchases. very inconsiderate. won't be returning to this location.

The pharmacy team at this Location have the worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady working there had my prescripcion in her hand and the girl snatched it away from me, I asked her the price 2 times and she got upset because i asked her. I will definitely Will not be returning to that place!
