Verizon chat was not able to help with getting my phone service reconnected. So i decided to stop by this location yesterday. First visit. Thank you Cameron for getting my service reconnected.

Came in here a little cranky after dealing unsuccessfully with the Verizon store on Hwy 72.
Joseph was awesome! Super helpful, nice, and provided prompt service. He was also good about explaining everything to us.

Run, don’t walk… AWAY!!
They are not Verizon; they are a third party company. (Cellular Sales)These guys are sharks. They are not there for you. They are there for profit. Make sure that when you walk in to their store, that they are the Verizon store. They have signs posted but they are NOT Verizon. They will not explain anything to you. It’s like a car salesman (SHARKS) fast talkers, but they are not in there to make your life easier; they are there to take advantage of you.
I switched accounts from one provider to Verizon and I was not given my promotion discounts as a new client.
I paid for the phones because I didn’t want a high monthly payment. I should have paid $200.00 the most out of pocket but these sharks took my money and I paid $2000.00 out of pocket.
They will not honor your promotions that you are entitled too; they will make you pay for things that you shouldn’t have to pay for.
They call themselves Christian but Christians would never take advantage of anyone, especially someone who has Alzheimer’s.
They are like Judas; they betray their own clients to make an almighty dollar.
BEWARE- they will also charge you for phone insurance, without even asking you if you would like to have phone insurance.
They are very sneaky!

I am appalled at the level professionalism from one of the sales associates. My family and I are all on the account together and we have had the same account for 17 years. I am not the account owner so I had to call them. They wanted to up sell them and all I wanted to to file a claim to get a phone. My parents did not want to change their plan and the unprofessional sales associate called them dumb and morons jokingly to the new trainee like I was going to agree with them. Then he said your parents must be rich then. Absolutely insane. I could not make this up if I wanted to.- I told them no I wanted a replacement. He was rude and said well your going to have to spend the money and do it yourself and your not going to get it tonight... I knew that. 17 years we have been with Verizon. If this is who is representing their company and how they are training their sale reps then we will go somewhere else.

Went in to buy a phone case. And they told me the one that they came out and showed to me had been stolen twenty minutes ago. So they could not sell me one. Then I tried to go down the street and kept calling and kept calling. Come to find out. It's not even there anymore. So trying to figure out what the number is to call and talk to somebody is a waste of time. It sends you into the 18 hundred number. That doesn't help you if you're trying to figure out if it's still there. Or not. Then I had to go all the way out to jones valley so I could get a case for a phone because the other place couldn't sell it to me because it just got stole. Now there's a new law or rule that they can't help you. Put your stuff back in your phone. They have to charge you for. Then if you have a problem with the phone and they get the corporation on there. That's tech, and you can't get the phone fixed. And they sent you out another one watch out. You might have to pay for that one too. That's what i'm going through right now. Verizon used to be a great place to go and visit and be. Able to get things and have fun not anymore. They're gonna make you pay for everything and then some.

Just switched to Verizon to get on my own plan from my parents and This store was AMAZING. Brandon was so awesome and very quick and helpful. He answered all my questions and was so polite while doing so. I chose this Verizon store because of the good reviews and they did not disappoint!

I came to this store after dealing with a rude employee at University Dr location. Cameron helped me with phone transferring. I’m deaf and he was SO patient with me!I would come back to THIS location!

Verizon Stole over $1000 from me and they have the worst service. I’m willing to back up my claim. My name is Miguel Rodrigues, these thieves know who I am and can’t argue this fact. Don’t do business with them. Go to literally anyone else. Criminals.

Came to this location directly after a terrible experience at the store @ Hwy 72 W Bldg 200 Unit B, Madison. They were busy but still had staff to help with no wait. Upgraded 1 phone and added a new one with Christy's help. She made the process super easy and got us the best deals on a new phone and added a line. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back even though this location is out of our way!

On a Sunday afternoon tried to come in and see about upgrading my phone.When my wife and I entered, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed help. The three workers were with other customers, but did not even look up.I asked one of the workers at the main desk if there was a sign-in kiosk or wait list to be added to? He ignored me and looked away, another of the workers yelled over, “we’ve never had a sign-in!” To which I replied ,” I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and you always sign-in when entering a Verizon location.”The employee then made snide remarks about my inquiry. So we left promptly and said ,” I guess we’ll go to AT&T ?”I spoke to the Corporate person at Celluar Sales. They were very cordial and apologetic and offered a credit. However, I was not aware that this was a 3rd party Verizon store. Now that I am aware , I will not return.This is clearly were the issue lies with 3rd party training and operations.Note to Verizon, don't let clowns ruin your customer base.

Had a very positive experience with Jeff at the Madison Blvd Verizon store today! He was so helpful and professional, this man could give customer care training! I would give 10 stars if I could!
