Had some technical troubles ordering my son’s first phone online, so I went in the store. Courtney was the one that helped me and she went above and beyond to get everything sorted out for us. Seriously the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Verizon store! ?

Trade in was literally walk in and walk out. The phone transfer happened as soon as I turned on the new phone. They have really steamlined phone upgrading since my last phone upgrade.

We stopped by to check prices for a new phone and it was already late but they still took great care of us. Dakota and Taylor were super nice and made sure to give us a good promotion, our plan ended up being lower than the one we had before
