We were able to take advantage of the audio/video equipment for some quite entertaining karaoke! Katie and her support staff were extremely helpful from booking, tips, adding time to reservation, and on location help! We will definitely use the venue in the future!”

“The Jackson Center is the perfect venue for a corporate event, conference, wedding, etc! The Huntsville Area Association ofRealtors hosted its annual gala at the JC with 440 Realtors in attendance. The venue is accessible, with great parking and spacious for a large crowd. The catering is delicious and Jamie and Barry at the JC areAWESOME to work with. 12/10 recommend having your next event at the Jackson Center.”

I found this venue to be very affordable, extremely clean and a very intimate setting. The owners/management addressed all our concerns, expeditiously, and with grace. Yes, I will be hosting my SistaGirl! Brunch here, again, April 2024.”

“Event: Wedding rehearsal dinner. 100 percent recommend. We planned our event from our home in Ohio based solely on their description and pictures on the website. They did not disappoint. Venue was beautiful and spacious. Buffet (we chose the Fiero fire-grilled buffet) was delicious and plentiful. Staff members were friendly. Lisa assured me everything would be fine and not to worry. She was correct. Thank you for a beautiful evening!!”

“When I arrived on a Sunday night, I was told immediately there was no wifi, it had been out for 3 days, no idea when it would be back. There was no bar, no restaurant. The nice lady at reception told me there was a Hilton Garden Inn next door with a bar. Walked down the street to that hotel, where there was a bar and a full restaurant serving meals. Should've stayed there. Couple of other disappointing things... there was a sign saying there was no water for 2 hours (?) in the hotel. There were hairs in the shower. I mistakenly chose the regular rate when booking my room, but was supposed to choose the govt rate. I went to the front desk and asked if there was any way to change this for the second night I was there. The man at the front said nope. Nothing I could do. No help whatsoever attempted. Point made, Holiday Inn. Next time I'm def staying in the Hilton.”

“You must stay at thos hotel when you are visiting Huntsville. It is new with large, clean rooms. Daily breakfast included, non-pork options offered.However the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all kind and amazing. They made us feel ar home and taken care of. It was above and beyond.Nearby activities: Lots of close by restaurants you can walk to. A bakery, a Thai food restaurant, American food.”

“We had a great stay here. We were in town visiting family. We had a room with a separate sitting room. The kitchen area was stocked with dishes and silverware. The bed was very comfortable. They are updating the hotel, and everything felt very clean and new. The location was great. It's located on a side street and surrounded by trees. It was quiet and peaceful, but very close to anything you'd need. The staff was very friendly, always wishing us a good morning or asking how our day was. We will definitely be back, and will stay here again.”

“I had my daughter’s sixth birthday party here, the day after I discharged from the hospital with multiple back surgeries. It was her first birthday party and I did not want to miss it. Prior to and during the party the staff was so helpful with questions and answers. They managed every aspect of the party and made sure it came off great. Th young lady working the party even brought me a more comfortable chair because she could see I was in pain. It was a great experience for me because I could do absolutely nothing, and they took care of everything so my wife could welcome guests and talk to parents stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone for a party. I will use it again. I am so very thankful to the facility and staff for doing such an excellent job. Top notch.”

“This was a rougher day than most so I’m not gonna give them a two star review like they deserve, but that’s only because we’ve stayed before and I know it can be better. We probably won’t be back for a while since we can stay downtown at the Jefferson, so hopefully by the time we choose to come back, the hotel doesn’t smell so bad. There will actually be room service, and the bad smells aren’t covered up with perfumes. They give you an instant headache.Nearby activities: Everything on Bridge Street can we walk to so it’s easy to do anything thereWalkability: Fantastic easy to get to anywhere on Bridge Street from the side exitFood & drinks: Bartender was great. We were just sad to find out. There was no room service at the end of the night.”

“Okay so Christie was PHENOMENAL!!! OUR SERVER WAS NOT!!! SHE DIDNT LISTEN TO OUR ORDERS. SHE DIDNT CHECK ON US. THERE WAS LITERALLY MAYBE 40 PPL IN THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT.... THE LIQUID MARIJUANA THAT I ORDERED 1. TOOK 30 MIN 2 HAD NEARLY NO ALCOHOL!! BUT CHRISTIE MADE EVERYTHING FREAKING AMAZING !! ”

General Manager Deondre, delivers top notch customer service and hospitality. Upon check in I was given a bottle of water personalized a branded printed label with my Last name and “Titanium”, indicating my Marriott Rewards membership status. A small gesture with a big impact. “I was very satisfied with my stay on 2/15, the few days I stayed was very quiet, clean and the price was reasonable. The room was very very clean the staff were really nice and respectful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.
