“While visiting our son in Huntsville, Alabama my F150 had a brake failure that made it impossible to drive back to Connecticut.I walked into the Madison service center at around noon without an appointment or call. Glen Smith took care of me immediately. He took in my truck and arranged a ride to my son’s house. He called me a few hours later and said that my truck was ready except for a brake line that was not in stock.The next morning I received a call saying that my truck was ready to go. In less then a day I went from a disabled truck with no idea where to get it fixed to a repaired truck that was ready to drive back to Connecticut for a very reasonable price. “I bought a 2016 Chrysler town and country for 4300 from here. When we got it home the alternator went bad in the same day we handed money over. I called the car lot and they were very gracious.
