Dontez was super helpful and gave me the BEST customer service I've ever had at UPS. I had an lengthy order but he was very patient and communicative regarding the status and keeping me informed. Although I had a very lengthy order, he was so kind and may my experience enjoyable. Shoutout to Dontez for being AMAZING!!

I stopped by to ship some things for my daughter in college, and the workers were great, fast service, but I had an inquiry about a previous package I sent, so they tried to get the manager, but they couldn’t get in touch with them, every time I come here, the manager is never available, and leave their workers high and dry, what kind of place are you running here?!

We have rented a box at the County Line Rd UPS store for 3-4 years. Due to our travel, we often have special requests (forwarding mail, etc..) that require extra time to process over the phone. Due to employee turnover in 2023, we had issues with the store forwarding our mail correctly. We were extremely close to shutting down our UPS box and taking our business elsewhere. About the time we were about to pull the plug on UPS, we were assisted by the most helpful employee, Dantes. I always ask for Dantes by name on all phone calls and always receive the best service from him. He is the single reason we are still at the County Line Road UPS store.

Went to this location to ship off a couple of items for my husband Earnest and I was treated so kind! An employee name Dontez helped me out and made the process so quick and easy. His customer service was excellent! If we had more young people with that kind of attitude while working/helping others the world would be a better place. Thanks young guy.
