Went in without an appointment to look at a tire that was making noise. It was a large screw. Got in immediately and repaired. Great crew there.

Brett Pollack from your store on Wall-Triana in Madison was rude to my wife. He also did not inform me that there would be an additional cost for replacing my tire which was under warranty. My wife was under the impression there would be no additional cost and he made the statement "well it's not free" really loud in front of other customers. When i called him he refused to admit that he did not tell me about any cost for the tire replacement. That is a deceptive business practice. On September 20th, he did not mention to me any costs, saying that everything was covered, but when my wife brings in the car on September 27th for the appointment, it's $88 with an attitude. You will not speak to my wife any kind of way and I let him know that.

Brett and the rest of the staff at Tire Discounters were wonderful to work with. They made sure to fully assess my car’s needs and get me the best deal possible. They were also quick and efficient in getting the work done. I will definitely be back!

I had 4 new tires put on here on 7/22/24. One of my tire pressure sensors hasn't worked since. I notified them, and set up an appointment. I called when I knew I would miss the appointment, and today swung by to get it fixed or make another. The Manager of this location informed me, after asking the year of my car, that the battery in my sensor died the day they changed my tires (what a coincidence!) and that he would not be replacing it. Shady people who do not take accountability for their actions, nor honor the words of their colleague (who made my appointment) once the colleague quit. These people will not do right by the customer. The one who stands on the right, with the gray hair, would do right by people if he could but he's under the thumb of a con man.
