They completely messed up our policies without even discussing the changes with us ahead of time, and even though we had 3 people in the meeting with Tim who verified the changes were NOT discussed, he doubled down saying we were all wrong and he was right and didn't even apologize for having messed our policies up. He cut our coverage to less than half of what we needed, removed my wife, and other unauthorized changes that weren't ever discussed. We had to change agents to get things fixed.

If I could not give this place 1 star I would. They had me wait almost 3 weeks to ultimately tell me they couldn't insure a vehicle. Let me repeat. 3! Weeks! This was the first time I dealt with the new girl there and one thing is for sure, Jennifer is definitely missed.

Brittany helped me get my insurance very fast and helped me get the best deal. For a 22 year old male it’s hard to find cheap good insurance but they got me great insurance at a great rate. Brittany was so nice and personable she answered all my questions! She deserves a raise Tim!
