Hello?. As some reviewers say: “This company is a complete joke?!” Everything was fine at the entrance. They explained that they needed to disconnect the trailer and so on. (there were instructions on paper, everything was quite clear).But further.....How can you unload several pallets weighing just over 5000 lbs for over five hours????????? Check in 5 p.m. And I'm still here today. It's already 10 p.m. I wonder what time they will finish unloading the trailer?????? Check out 22:45.

In and out with no problems. A lot of room to back in. Friendly people at the guard shack. No overnight parking.

One star is too many!!! I arrived at 09:15 for a 09:30 appointment. Here it is 14:55 and I'm still here. PACK A LUNCH AND DINNER!!!! Or preferably, STAY AWAY!!!!

They turned off my reefer unit before unloading and then took nearly 4 hours to unload 2 pallets. Giving time for the rest of my product for other customers to warm up above 50 degrees, possibly spoiling it.

This distribution center is the worst of all other target centers, we placed one small order from California it took them 3 weeks to deliver my small items which was also open and damaged by your employees before been shipped out, it seems like management is never around..!!!

We had an appointment there for 6:30 am we checked in at 6am and got the dock at 6:15am then starts the problem it took them 7 hours to unload us and provide the bills. We even told them that we have another shipment appointment to make the representative in the receiving office carelessly said " You won't be able to get out of here before afternoon ". So, we had to update the other shipper and lost that shipment. They make you a hostage until they won't count each and every product they won't let you leave. Apart from that it's a drop trailer facility so they take your trailer and make you wait for 7 to 8 hours. If you don't like to waste your time kindly avoid to drop a load in this facility.
