Do not recommend. I got a good price on my car. However, when I test drove (i looked before i would even drive it) the car had good tires. I noticed the oil change light was on so I asked if they could go ahead and change oil before I picked up. When I got it home I noticed all four tires are bald. Im assuming they switched tires out when they changed the oil...?? I also made it clear what $ I had for a down payment. I got a text saying I must get to the bank right away to be financed in which i replied i have x amount $ for down payment and recieved a reply "yes" (and I do take responsibility of not reading what I signed) but when I got to dealership to pick up my vehicle I'm told my down payment is $1500 MORE THAN WHAT I HAD AND WHAT WE HAD DISCUSSED. So now they are holding my licensed tags. Won't give them to me. Meanwhile, I had to buy a new battery 3 days after I purchased the car AND 4 new tires. When I make a car purchase I expect it to at least have SAFE tires and a working battery. I had also asked to look at a car priced cheaper (a white Maxima) and was told they didn't have one- when I clearly saw it on the lot. Again, I am taking some responsibility for not heeding red flags. This place is not worth the hassle.

I've been up there a few times, never bought anything, but the employees are always helpful and won't hassle you like a big name dealership. Fair prices, and some decent vehicles on site, and there's another location in Murfreesboro if you want more options. They will help you with financing, finding good deals on trade ins, and all around do their best to assist you in whatever direction you wish to go

I do not typically leave a 1 star review and I waited a week to write this to cool down.
Working with this dealership was not great. I wanted to look at a 2016 Frontier SV listed for $17,995. I showed up to test drive it and it was not what the ad had listed. The vehicle had body damage that was not disclosed and even threw a check engine light for a bad ECM on the test drive. It had also been on the lot for 2 months so it wasnt moving.
I offered them $16k cash for it OTD which I believed to be fair. The salesman, Jay, proceeded to try and convince me that the truck was worth more than that to which I said no and walked.
Also, the salesmen are just middle men for the owner. They cannot and wont negotiate price with you.
The issue started when they called me back the following day to tell me my offer was lowball and I needed to come up to $17.5k before tax and title. I told them if they got the CEL fixed and warrantied for a year, id do $17k OTD. I was then lectured about how "MaRkET fAcToRs" alter the value and how my price was unfair and how if I was selling this truck I wouldnt budge. The truck booked on KBB for $15k.
On top of this, the salesman insinuated that I was unable to afford the vehicle stating multiple times, "Im sorry if this is all you are approved to borrow". This is after stating multiple times that I am not financing, I am paying cash.
At that point I told them I didnt want the truck and would take my money elsewhere.
This dealer will not work with you on pricing and is trying to push bad cars. The reason for the one star review is not because we couldnt reach a deal. The 1 star review is for the unprofessionalism of the salesman, their lack of tact, and the shaming lecture. I undeftsand that you have a business to run and "no" is a perfectly acceptable answer to my offer but instead I was lectured, shamed, and presented with an overpriced vehicle that did had issues that were not disclosed.

These gentlemen worked for 2 days to get my boyfriend and I approved for the vehicle my boyfriend was determined to have. It may have taken a while, but they did, in fact, get us approved. They were very nice and hospitable for the time we sat in their office, and at the end of it all we drove off the lot in our new(to us) vehicle as 2 very happy, very satisfied customers.

Maybe I'm one of the unfortunate people who have purchased a vehicle from a used car dealership that says sold as his thinking the car was in good shape and two payments later I find a leak in the front seal discussed it with the person that runs the place in Murfreesboro and he told me find a shop and have it fixed with no care in the world for his customers if you buy car there you're taking a big chance??

Friendly staff. They provide thorough carfax reports, replaced a tire on the truck we were buying and had it inspected before we brought it home.
