This particular Starbucks charges you for every little thing, extra syrup, extra drizzle. Then when you say something bout the employees yell at you and say " yes we have to do that" when every other Starbucks does not. The manager heard the whole thing and said nothing. Then the two that yelled at you talked about you in their headset. Very poor customer service. We will never come back to this one.January 20, 2024We went there today and there was no one there. Granted we had bad weather conditions but all the streets were cleared today. It said on their website that they were opened only drive there and it was closed.

I have a complaint that I hope gets rectified and noticed. Twice lately I have ordered a Tall latte at the new Madison/Balch store. It’s bad enough prices have gone up so much that I had to pay over $6 for this now but even worse when only half of my drink is coffee. I get soy milk and ask still for a little whipped cream. This is the second time I’ve notice that when taking a sip I have to tip the cup a lot more than necessary. This just plain sucks. I expect my coffee to be correct or at least fill the expensive cup that I ordered most of the way.Otherwise they have met my expectations. Maybe it’s an employee not properly trained.

The barista was able to get my order correct in spite of my incorrect way of ordering. It was correct and delicious. I barely had to wait. Awesome!

I was very happy with the serve. Not sure what the 2 ladies names are, but you have some great employees in those two. I went in on 10/18/23 at 5pm. Also the brownie was delicious and th coffee was fresh.

Terrible service! They are slow. You always have to wait a minimum of thirty minutes to get your order. I don't even know why they have mobile ordering available! The time is ALWAYS wrong! Maybe they need to increase their staff or change their hours of they cannot meet the demand! This is RIDICULOUS! Just go to the one on Hughes rd!

I have been ordering ahead at this Starbucks for awhile but lately they have disappointed me. On two different occasions I waited 10 mins for my order, I always order ahead 30 mins prior to pickup, my order wasn't there. I tried to get someones attention and she walked by me without acknowledging me. When I finally got her attention she claimed to not have my order and asked me to show her proof of ordering. On four occasions over the last 3 weeks, my order has been wrong! I don't ask for a lot of modifications, just sub milk for vanilla sweet cream. The fact that I have to keep returning because my order keeps getting messed up is frustrating. Please train them to READ THE ORDERS SO THEY CAN BE MADE CORRECTLY!!!!!

I have had at least three occassion of disappointed and getting treated babdly… the first I asked for my usual caramel frappacino and the cup OMG, the drink was dripping all overand when I told the staff they just gave me a cup to help me hold the dripping cup. And second time I asked for extra caramel and I was not given caramel at all for a minute I felt like I was being punished to even ask for it. And the last I told them no whip cream and yet they gave me whip cream and now started to feel personal. I told them I did not want whip cream and gave it into another cup which was also again dripping and even made a mess in my car. I got out of the drive through and got in and asked for a fresh cup so I could just pour it in a clean cup myself cause it look like I was pissing everyone off and they just did not want to hear or help me. I did not want to complain but it was painful and broke my heart ever since I plan to never step in there. And I recall taking a card and reached the manager but never got a answer back. So so sad.

I've been patronizing this location for YEARS! Have I been stuck in the drive-thru for a long time before? YES! Have I placed a mobile order and still had to wait another 30 minutes? YES! Have I been angry as H*ll about this? YES! BUT, I also have seen the level of growth this part of Madison, AL has seen in a VERY short period of time and after COVID alot of their employees up and quit. I have NEVER had a rude employee. In fact, I adore Angie in the mornings as she is always friendly, professional and cheery even at 0500. There is a reason that Madison had to open another location at Clift Farm AND keep this location open. I hope it allows for the flow of business to be steady but evened out for the employees. I will continue to patronize this store and recommend others that have had bad experiences take all of this into account and give them another try.

This is honestly the slowest Starbucks I have been to in my life. I have gone to airport Starbucks with a line of 20 that move faster than this location, and thats with three people/cars in front of me. I am basing this on three separate experiences now, 1 pre-order drive thru, 1 pre-order in-store, and 1 drive thru order. If you have time to waste then come here otherwise make something at home, choose another Starbucks, or another coffee shop.Two stars because I haven’t had issues with the things I have ordered.

Finally received my drink at 3:20 for an order that was put in at 2:50. There were 5 employees and they were busting out the drive thru but everyone inside was taking a back seat... ridiculous.
