“Had 3 storage units here for 2 years while moving and remodeling a home. Just closed two of them with the third to follow shortly. Had absolutely no issues there while renting. Being able to talk to a live employee via video in the lobby was wonderful. Clean rooms and electronic doors were so much better than combo locks. Would use them again and highly recommend. When we closed our two units Eli on the video in lobby helped my daughter and I check out. We are not very savvy using our cell phones and he was very patient and helpful and had a great sense of humor too. Great place...highly recommend.”

“Best place to to store your beloved items! I have kept my items here for about six months now, no bugs, no creatures, no moisture, no inconvenience AT ALL! The owner is a real genuine guy who has helped me at the drop of the hat two days in a row. I unfortunately locked myself out of my storage unit by forgetting my key at home in Tennessee. He showed up and cut the lock off for me within 30 minutes. Then, the next day, I realized I had left a prized possession outside my unit. One of those “I thought I did, and didn’t” moments... The owner again came to my rescue and locked up my prize possession until a nearby friend can come by and store it for me. I highly recommend County Line Storage as your go to unit to keep your items safe on your personal good and bad days. The owner was there for me in a pinch. Money cannot buy good people or good service and that is just what you will get. More than your money bargained for. :)”

“I just moved in and I go at all different hours because of my work schedule.
I haven't had any problems so far I did need help the first day with my gate code but the lady called me right back but she did call me and she did help me and the neighbors are always out at all hours and I hope my house sells soon so I can go ahead and move back home to Tennessee. I'm just renting really have nothing no furniture mostly just my kids clothes and books from college but that's all but the realtor said to move every teeny tiny thing out so I'm doing that and I did put mothballs and pre-spray they door that rolls up and down with 10w40 so maybe that will help me with the heavy door -it is secure and I do go drop by there often and check I did put a good lock on it so far so good I'm thankful I found a place well lit by the road.”
“The was by far the best experience. Rented on-line, great price. Contacted for details; an email was immediately sent with all info. I called and the lady I spoke to was the best. I wish I could have remembered her name. I intend to get it because she was so great and accommodating. She explained how I would use the code to enter and exit. I had a lock waiting for me in the unit They have truly went above and beyond. Best storage and will highly recommend. I definitely know what bad is and I was not expecting such an easy day. Thank you. You can never understand what this will mean to persons needing storage.”
