Not my kind of store.No one spoke to me. I entered each aisle looking for an item of hair ties or pull-up for long hair.No one offered to help me or ask.Now I know why they have made shelves and no current customers traffic.Who wants to buy at an unfriendly hair product shop??Not me.

I went to Sally’s at 5:00 on Tuesday April 20th. When I arrived an employee was licking the door. The hours on door states close at 7:00 so does this page. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Forced to give one star because otherwise I can't comment my bad experience in this place. I wouldn't even give it one. They have terrible customer service and one of their employees is very rude with customers I will never go to this Sally again

Chere was extremely helpful as I was looking for gloves. She is always so professional everytime I have visited this store! Excellent service!!! I drive past atleast four 4 other Sally Stores to shop here!!!!

It was my first time coming to this Sally’s. I went in with returns and a list with things I needed for my cosmetology kit for school. I had bought some stuff u didn’t need and needed to buy some more things that weren’t at another Sally’s I went to. Alana was so nice and she helped me find what I needed. She was patient with me and helped me find a lot of the stuff I needed. I felt so at home there. I would come back again Alana and the stuff were very welcoming and friendly!

Always have an issue when I go there. I figured it was an one off but I've been there 4-5 times and staff are always rude. Even when I call ahead to see if they have something in stock they put me on hold and forget about me.

I purchased trimmers from them 2 weeks ago and as a barber I use them frequently throughout the day. The trimmers started to lock up and wouldn't cut the hair. I called about an exchange and unfortunately I didn't have the receipt or the box. The woman told me that they couldn't look up my receipt and had an attitude with me. She told me to call customer service so they can call her and authorize the transaction. The lady in customer service told me that I didn't need the box and she's be happy to call in the authorization so I can exchange my trimmers. Call 1-866-234-9442 if you have issues! Thanks Debbie for fixing my issue with my trimmers!
