The facility is fairly new and nice.Very, very disappointed when we arrived with two 26’ trucks to unload from Michigan and my gate passcode was not activated!! It was a Saturday when you were closed for Christmas, but my code should have been activated. No place to call to get help and two trucks to return, so in a time crunch!! After hanging around for over an hour trying to figure out what to do someone came to go to their storage and let us in. I was told my code would be activated and it was not!

The storage containers are clean and well maintained. I have used storage facilities during the last twenty years moving around the country, and this company and location is the best hands down!
