The lady at the register today , 2/26/25 was very rude and accusatory . She tried to say the tag I presented didn’t belong to the item as if I was providing a stolen item . A 7.99 Aeropostale shirt!? Please . Simply check the receipt. I’ve never had an issue returning an item that I’d taken the tag off of, as long as I had the tag and receipt with me . Even if I was wrong in what I assumed the return policy was, an aggressive tone isn’t necessary . Nicely explain the rules and move on. Your interaction and tone with customers, could easily make a simple situation blow out of proportion.

It pisses my off . Employees will see a long line and literally not help the one person working on the register. 7 registers one person working .

I always enjoy shipping here. Lots of unique, one of a kind items. The store is always clean. It's fun to buy Christmas gifts here since you know there's a good chance someone else won't be able to buy the exact same thing. Cute clothes too! Lots of socks, luggage, and shoes. Bedding, novelty, kitchen, and pet items are available too.

I was bringing my 88 year old mother through the door and the cashier yells at me from across the store because I backed a buggy up to the door for her to hold onto. The buggies clearly have the tall rod to prevent theft and outside usage. I was embarrassed and infuriated with her treatment of my sweet little Mother. Clearly a store with terrible ethics.
