Two caring ladies who work at Wynn and Madison Hwy 72 , locations, Rayna and Mary took their time to show me how I can earn more money in a brighter and money market accounts. They both have super excellent customer service skills. Thank you Redstone for hiring these two wonderful ladies. I highly recommend banking at Redstone.

Sooo let me tell you about my trip to Redstone. I have 4 kids 3 under 2 and today I had to take them into the redstone with me. If you have kids you know this is not an easy task ! I was so moved about the way that Ashley and Cynthia helped with my kids and allowed me to conduct my business ! They provided crayons , color sheets and toys ! Ashley allowed my nosey daughter to help and even allowed me to go to the car to grab paperwork ! This by far the best trip to redstone I ever had ! I am greatly appreciative to be apart of the redstone family and this will be the only redstone I ever go to. I am truely thankful to the employees of Redstone on 72 and if I could give more stars I definitely would ! Thank you again ladies for everything !

I went in to get bank statements for my lender to purchase a home. The lady Sierra,that assisted me was very rude!!! I have several accounts,and needed statements from each account. She told me that I couldn’t get statements from my kids accounts.She went on to tell me she bought a house and they didn’t make her do that. I told her that I’m sure we may have different lenders.Another employee came to assist her and was able to get the statements.AFTER, I let her know I would be calling the corporate she apologized for not seeking help before being rude.
