My recent visit to Quick Lane of Madison for an oil change was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and efficient, getting my car serviced quickly. They conducted a thorough inspection, ensuring everything was in top condition. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the staff members were knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, I highly recommend Quick Lane of Madison for their outstanding service and professionalism.

I've been going to Quick Lane for about 5 years now. Yesterday my maintenance light came on in a car I recently bought. Since I'm still learning my way around this vehicle and it's used for work every day, I Immediatley called James and he had me scheduled for the very next morning. I received an oil change, tire rotation & 32 point inspection for $100. Since my car was in the shop, I took a Family Care day at home and their valet dropped my car off in the driveway when it was finished. Good value, great service. I appreciate James & the crew at Quick Lane for helping me to keep things running smoothly.

Why do I write this? Because people matter! I was told that I had a $4000 repair, however, they decided they could not do it because they did not have the equipment to “time” the Chevrolet engine. I took it to a Chevrolet dealership and found that I only needed an oil change! Come on y’all.

Quick Lane Madison Al. is the only place I trust to maintain my vehicle. I have been going there since they open. Always professional, reliable, honest and get me out quickly while waiting. James Cooper has excellent customer skills, very professional, explains everything and friendly. The techs. also do great work in a timely manner. Higher recommend them.

These guys are great! We are able to drop off our vehicles for maintenance and work with confidence they will get it done right! They may not have the best price all the time, but they report their work on FordPass and CarFax. Overall, we are very pleased and appreciate their patience/kindness with all of our questions.

What a treat, popped in for a dead battery for F150. Ended up being best deal in town 150 out the door in 20 minutes. Highly recommend, will be doing all business here. Interior was very nice and clean and associates were great and helpful. 5 Stars!

I love woody anderson ford. N quick lane. They have always done me right. EXCEPT ON ONE CAR DEAL. DEALING WITH A LYING SALEMAN !!!!! BY THE NAME OF MIKE SPARKS!!! WHO LIED TO ME N MY FIAMCE ABOUT OUR SONS 2014 ESCAPE. JUST SO HE COULD CLOSE THE DEAL N MAKE THE COMMISION ON IT.

Poor Communication is Number one issue. They never call you to let you know what's going on. My LAST experience and I do mean last because I'll never go back , they sat on my car for 24 hours for normal brake pad job, and never called me. On top of that they fit into the stereotype of creating problems to try to charge you more money. They tried to say I had a coolant leak, when I did not. Garbage - a disgrace and disservice to Ford Motor company and its loyal customers.
