Went to get a pedicure. The guy doing nails was rude. He said it’s appointment only but they never answer the phone and when I told him I’ve tried to make an appointment he ignored me. He didn’t even offer to make me an appointment. It was only one other person in there getting her nails done. I stood there waiting to see if he would offer to make me an appointment and he didn’t! Y’all need to do better. You’re missing out on money. I came by to them closed one day when their hours online said differently. Too bad because I was ready to spend money and I was going to bring my friends.

I accidently stumbled on this nail shop. The tech was the best I ever had and I have been getting my nails done at different locations for more than 30 years.

First time, great fantastic and loved it. However, it started coming off in the back by the cuticles area. I thought maybe it was just me. Went back again to give them another chance and it happened again, this happened within 3 days. I went back and she put nail glue in the cuticle area, the glue held for a day or two? Again, thought it was my nail so I went back for a third time because I wanted to give them a chance and they tried to blame me and my nails. I went to Venus Nails on County Line and it does not happen at all. But with them, within 3 days it would lift and they tried to blame my nails and wanted to charge for a fill in within 3 days. Must be crazy if I’m going to pay $60 for full set and $25 for fill in within 3 days. Definitely wasn’t my nails like they wanted to blame me because it does not happen anymore to me now that I go to a different salon.

Tina was awesome! She always exceeds my expectations! I'm definitely a repeat customer. I had a fantastic pedicure today!Bryan is also fantastic! He did my daughter's nails and she is very happy with them!The entire staff is excellent! Everyone is always friendly and try their best to make sure you don't have to wait long!

I got the latest trend nails, holographic was one of my nails, I couldn’t be more happier. I thought I was I love with my last set and these top the chart, by far! Absolutely love Brian up there. Forever giving me Bougie nails ?

First experience was amazing which caused me to come back. 2nd visit my pedicure took 2 hours. 3rd visit I was lied to. I will never visit this place again.

I was there for 3 hours. I was supposed to get a fill but I ended up having to soak my nails and let them do a whole new set. This set is not what I asked for. I asked for cheeta print and I go this. I have glue all over my hands and on top of that I was charged $60.5/19/2021 I came in to talk and you yelled at me. You tried to embarrass me in front of your clients. You lied you charged me for a full set. I get it you need to money. If you wanted me to pay for a full set then just say that. I ended up paying to get them fixed that next morning and I’m about to get a polish change right now. It’s cool keep running these $60 scams and you won’t be in business much longer!
