Afc across the street was a 2.5 hour wait with 3 people in the lobby. These ladies had me signed in, registered, and brought back in 30 minutes or less. Staff are respectful and kind, NP listens to your concerns without interrupting, everyone during my visit was nice and chill. I see the negative reviews from during the active dates of the COVID-19 PHE, and I'm just saying I see none of that here. I received quick and attentive care, and my cost OOP was plainly spelled out on signage, paperwork, and my awareness of my insurance coverage.

The front desk is clueless as to what’s going on at this facility.

Charged my son $50 for next-day Covid test as compared to $zero at other urgent cares with 30min test results. Did not notify of charges until after nose swabs were performed.

recommended me to take their "swab n' go" testing, which voided me from paying by insurance. Not a good experience in which waiting room staff would not let me know until after I was done with the swabbing.

Took 84 year old mother there on a Friday with a horrible sore throat. Overnight she started feeling a rattle in her chest and coughing hurt horribly. She went back the next day (Saturday) and told them what was going on. They wouldn't even see her or listen to her lungs, and refused treatment. Took her to another urgent care place who listened to her lungs and immediately said she had bronchitis, and provided appropriate treatment. If it was left up to QC, she would be in the hospital right now with pneumonia.

QC wellness staff is completely incompetent. Despite filling out their forms with our current address multiple times and noting it was a change of address, they never changed it in the system, and as a result we never got the bills from two lab companies. One we were able to take care of immediately when we figured it out 11 months later combing through downloaded insurance claims. The other had already been sent to collections 5 months earlier (not the labs fault). We have immaculate credit and we try to keep it that way. Thanks QC Wellness!Their own billing system didn’t bother sending us a bill till months later (which was actually what alerted us to this whole issue), luckily it was through email, so we paid it immediately on receipt. But it said 120 plus days overdue. Why they couldn’t send the email when it was due is beyond me, my wife saves all emails, we never got it and it wasn’t in spam. When my wife was last in the office we were told we actually had a credit, so we weren’t looking out for a bill. The bill was valid though, after comparing it to data from my insurance company. It’s just ridiculous how they operate. It looks like they even coded one of the visits wrong and because of that a decent sum was never applied to my deductible, which caused us to meet the deductible later than we should have, and cost us extra money.Speaking of ridiculous, during that same visit my wife was asked to fill out a medical questionnaire we never asked for, which was never addressed in her appointment, and the bill had a line item stating that questionnaire cost us $15!The facilities were also filthy, and while I understand in today’s healthcare landscape nurses and NPs are being run ragged, the NP (at the Madison office, not the Huntsville office) my wife saw looked completely unprofessional, to say it in the nicest way possible. If you can, stay away from this place, or at the very least keep up with any claims they file as soon as they are filed. Just don’t expect them to ever pick up the phone when you call or the voicemail to not be full.

I came to QC for IV therapy after suffering heat exhaustion. Jess Marsh was very helpful. She knew exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to get me healthy again. After only one day of rest I'm back at work. Thank you.

not sure what goes on at this facility, but felt there was a serious lack of understanding and clear communication. Attempted to make an appointment with a doctor. Then was assured by office staff, and nurse staff clearly i would see a doctor at the appointment. This point was clarified multiple times because I wanted the office to understand my insurance required an M.D.. However, upon arrival a week later at my appointment I was informed I would see a nurse practitioner and that a doctor owns the building but does not practice at that facility. I was very clear about the needs of myself and family looking for primary care only to waste a week of my time to find out there isn't a physician who could be one. I was very upset, be careful, not sure if this happened because of a lack of knowledge or as an attempt to confuse and deceive.

Went here for a Covid test, found out it’s one where you get the results in 24hr. I called at the 25hr mark and they said it could take longer. I called again at the 28hr mark, their story changed to “early afternoon “. Here it is 31hrs later and no results. Do yourself a favor and go to another place that is more reliable.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this place is disaster. I liked the APRN that was there, but she’s not there anymore. My husband saw a different provider last month who he thought was very sketchy….he’s not there anymore. He had bloodwork drawn on 3/5/22, 2 weeks before his appointment. It took 3+ hours. They had a provider come in the room for 30 seconds so they could bill as visit vs just bloodwork….which was pointless and shady…but here we are over a month later and still no results. Got a notice from insurance that the blood work was done by an out of network lab and would be $460…..I called, since it was billed out of network, the receptionist sounded completely out of it and said she had no idea how that stuff works. She was going to have someone call us….still waiting. My husband is a APRN in another speciality, and we moved here from another state where primary care providers took their role seriously. This type of incompetence is unacceptable. I hate to leave a negative review, but primary care providers should represent top level preventive care and ethical values, sadly this place wants to make money w shady practice, no follow up, revolving providers, and untrained staff. Definitely not the type of practice to form a trusted relationship. Just a warning, this place is a disaster.

Staff is friendly and professional, but will not answer the phone. To follow up on my COVID-19 test I had to physically walk into the clinic to get the results multiple days in a row.Would not recommend for anything that requires testing or delayed results.

You are going to wait a minimum of 2 hours to be seen. Even if there isn’t many people. They staff one nurse practitioner to see everyone. They do have COVID tests if you need it and they are “walk in” only. Don’t go if you have other things to do that day cause you will be waiting.

Staff was great if you can get ahold of someone. Voice mail box always full. No one answers the phone. Not recommended for Quick Care more like we will get to you when we are ready! IV lounge Awesome! ?

The Receptionist is very rude. They never answer the phone. The voicemail is always full. I couldn't get an appointment or covid results for days.
