The manager is very lazy and workers do nothing for 15 minutes you have to wait for a sandwich even though there is no one in front of me. Bypass this Publix

This store is the best!! I know all the Publix are great. They are all clean and organized. But this one I love to go to. The employees are all so nice and helpful they are always smiling, and always offering to help you with anything. I love this store so much I put in an application to work part time lol. Not only is it convenient to my house but the pharmacy is great also. I just moved down here and this was my first store I went to. They are always stocked up on everything also. Definitely my favorite store down here!!

Unfortunately, this locations franchise owner has choose to put capital elsewhere. Went to Pharmacy, was told they don’t have the medication (happens). Said “you can call Cliff Farms…” - Guess they couldn’t call to see how f the medication was as available (poor customer service).
Going through the Cliffs Farm pharmacy exposed the obvious County line Publix franchise issues.
Customer service from start to end… WOW! Obviously the County line franchise didn’t get the software and equipment upgrades to compete.
Heck, I will be using the Cliff Farms location (take me 15 minutes to get there) even with a he County Line location literally minutes from my home.
Unfortunately, this review, has been in the making for a while (kept thinking they would turn it around)
Turning around alright, just in the wrong direction.

They will SELL Christmas items but never display them. Publix fears possible condemnation of displaying that they celebrate Christmas.

Not only did he check the system, but he went and actually checked to make sure you had the item before I got there. I just think that’s awesome and I really appreciate great customer service.
