Very helpful staff. Grocery choices are good. Store is clean and efficient, I like shopping with the app before I go to know what are the Bogo deals and use digital coupons.

Smaller, older store with superb check out team. What I love about publix is whether it's a large or smaller store, I can always find what I need from kosher soup mix to six varieties of tomato's and Pho rice noodles. What I don't care for is their prices. I would say they are on par with specialty grocers like Whole Foods etc. I got two bags of groceries with average items and my bill came to $79. Publix, I love ya, but you are charging almost 100% more on really average items like produce, a can of veggies and block cheese to name a very few items than your competitors.

This particular Publix is located basically on the corner of Madison Boulevard and Shelton Road. It appears to be a newer Publix and is both inviting and attractive, both inside and outside. There is a good amount of parking in the shopping plaza and since it is on Madison Boulevard, it is very convenient for people to stop on their way to here or there. Publix has built an enviable reputation and are without question my go-to supermarket whenever there is one in the area but I am traveling for business. It goes without saying that it is my go to supermarket at home, as well. Publix just does everything right. Of course, we can start with their deli and their great subs, affectionately called Pub Subs. But they also have great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and their customer service cannot be beat. All in all, I would definitely recommend this establishment. .

I love shopping at Publix for so many reasons, but they super impressed me today with their awesome customer service! I had 4 people, (I wish I had got their names) help me find a product. I'm so computer illiterate, and most people would have been able to look it up on their smart phones, I'm sure! However, it was a very pleasant experience! Also, the people that rang up my bill and bagged my groceries were just so nice! A trip to the grocery store, totally made my day! Thank you for all you guys awesomeness!

This place does not follow the mask ordinance. I was told that they will not be enforcing there customers to wear them, nor refusing entry. they care more about profit that safety.

Will never go to this pharmacy again after the way I was just treated by the pharmacist on duty. Dark haired caucasian women. From the second I stepped to the window with my prescription paper she gave me attitude. First she started with "we close in 20 minutes." Questioned if my scripts came from the hospital or where they came from. I had just been seen at urgent care on hughes road, as it says on my prescription paper, diagnosed with pneumonia. Then asking me if ive had medications filled there before which i have but its been awhile. she couldnt find me in the system so that was more attitude like its my fault. How about you do your job and enter me in the system then. The last straw was her getting an attitude with me because I dont have insurance and I use the GoodRX app. I grabbed my prescription paper and left.
Total lack of customer service and manners.

I really like this store. It is very clean and easy to shop. I love that parking is so easy. My favorite cashier here is Raevyn. She is really thoughtful and kind. I really appreciated my awesome bagger Miguel. He was so methodical when it came to packing my bags. Everything was perfectly sorted for me which made unpacking at my house incredibly easy and efficient. This is my new favorite grocery store.

I'm switching pharmacies because the new staff are rude and slightly incompetent. I went into publix during this outbreak ONLY to get my medicines which i had filled over the phone. When I got there, one of my prescriptions didn't have any more refills on it and the pharmacist was very unprofessional and raised her voice at me about not having a doctor and 'it's not her fault' that the refills weren't in. They seem to be unstable individuals and I don't have any faith in whatever Publix is calling this pharmacy. Go somewhere else for quality, local service that you deserve. I am.

store employees were sanitizing cards before I got in the store okay. They're very nice and helpful employees will be back
