I searched everywhere from Nashville to Birmingham to find a store that I could test out carseats and strollers and was constantly disappointed. I got on TikTok and saw a video about Posh Mommy & baby too and was shocked to find out they were so close to us!!When we went in we told Lisa all of our needs and wants in a stroller carseat combo and she showed us a few options and guided us to finding the perfect fit for our lifestyle! We are already obsessed with our cybex items and so ready to really test them out when baby gets here! I’m so thankful to have a local business that had many brands to test in store and also they carry all of the brands I love which makes it easier when I want to grab something new for baby! Another major plus is the carry swaddlini which isn’t a common brand carried!! Overall we LOVE this store and couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Love this store! Not only is the selection of baby furniture and gifting items the largest, the Jellycat collectors' items offering the best in North Alabama, (in my opinion,) and the owner and associates helpful and welcoming, but the owner is kind and compassonate beyond her great in-store customer care.Upon leaving the store, one evening, I realized my car wouldn't start. It was just before closing. I had a closeby friend for a ride, but had to leave my vehicle until my husband would arrive. The owner was helpful and even left storefront lighting on for the safety of my vehichle/belongings and so my husband could see to look it over. Genuinely kind and compassonate people will always have my business!

Worst customer experience in my life. I’ve never felt the need to write a review on a business but others should be warned. I called on Friday and notified them I would be picking up my son’s changing table topper and bed conversion kit on Saturday morning. I drove from Jasper, Al and arrived at 10am Saturday morning to pick the items up. As soon as I walked in the store and notified the woman I was there to pick up furniture, she had the WORST attitude towards me. She immediately wanted to know if I had brought someone with me to load the two light items in my vehicle. I told her no and that I didn’t mind loading it by myself and she replied with, “Well I mind! It’s raining!” and she didn’t want to get wet. As soon as she opened the bay door for me to get the furniture she proceeds to tell me she can’t reach the furniture. I told her I just drove from Jasper so that’s unacceptable and we have to get to it. Her attitude only escalated from this point and she made one off comments the entire time she’s accessing the furniture. I loaded it by myself and I will never purchase another item from this store. Do not waste your time giving these people your business because they are extremely rude and VERY unprofessional.

The older lady that works here really needs to work on customer service skills. I already knew what car seat I wanted but for spending 500+ on a car seat and to be talked to so rudely is unacceptable. She talked to me like I was a child and didn’t understand what I was doing. Definitely don’t recommend if you have time to just order the car seat online. Unfortunately I needed the car seat now so I couldn’t wait.Went into the store and wanting the NUNA. I saw the CYBEX one when I went in. The lady working with me informed me she didn’t know much about this car seat and asked the older lady for help. She didn’t budge from her seat. Eventually the lady working with me was having trouble showing me the turn feature and the older lady got up to show me how it turned. I then asked for a weight for rear facing and she responded back rudely that I should wait until he is 2. Which I am fully aware of but I want to rear face longer she then got snobby and told me her grandson is 4 and doesn’t even weigh 50 pounds. Instead of just answering my question. She was no help and very rude. Will not be back.

I walked in and was looking around no one talked to me at first then two older women came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I told them I was looking for reusable nursing pads and a hakka and she cut me off before I finished and said I don't carry breast pumps because you get those free through insurance I said oh well it's not really a pump it's more like a milk collector before I finished she cut me off again and said I don't carry them I have nipple creams and stuff like that so you need to go to target. I asked if she had reusable nursing pads she cut me off again and said I needed to go to target for media stuff.

If I could leave a lower review, I would. I was around 39 weeks pregnant when we came in to spoil my soon to be newborn. I guess since I wasn’t dressed nice maybe I wasn’t expected to be able to afford the merchandise? I was very pregnant and it was very hot. Regardless, since walking in the store we were followed discreetly. Constant eyes on us when there were plenty of others in the store. The child even began to follow us and tell my niece that she wasn’t allowed to touch anything. That’s not the problem at hand though. It was a child. The problem is the snobby owners that kept eyes on us. All I can think of why is because we weren’t dressed too tier. Just letting everyone know if you come here, be sure to be dressed nice. Their loss, I spent the hundreds I had to spend on her at other boutiques. ??♀️

This is not a small business I would support with a growing family. Have been talking to them since April about doing an order ($6,000+) of nursery furniture and when we went to go order it we were told they don't want the business. With that being said support the large retailers that actually want your business as they clearly don't. This has left my wife and I scrambling for a supplier for the set that we have designed the room around.

WONDERFUL experience. Owner took so much time to answer all of our questions and make sure we were educated on the products prior to purchases with almost no sales pressure applied. They deserve your business.

Today was our first visit to Posh Mommy& Baby Too! Wow! What a selection of clothes, bows, everything you could want for baby and children. The ladies were so kind and helpful. My husband was with me and he isn't a shopper but he was carried away looking for things for our new granddaughter. This will be a routine stop when I come to Huntsville.

After driving almost 2 hours back home with my furniture, they had loaded the wrong color and said don't worry, we'll bring you the right one (Saturday night I might add). Thanks for the great customer service!

Great selection of items and extremely helpful. We absolutely loved the fact that we could try out different strollers, physically sit in the chairs, etc. This is one of the last baby stores in town and we are grateful. For those reviews saying poor customer service, I think it is just dry humor and blunt conversation which I for one appreciate.

Posh Mommy has a selection not found anywhere else around here. My wife and I were able to complete nearly our entire nursery here. The owner was knowledgable of all of her products. Attentive and helpful! We recommend.

Not even upset about the how long it took to get our things in as this is something every business is struggling with, but the customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. Will not do business with this place again.
