Love it! Great price and it has everything I need for a good workout. Internet cuts off and I have a hard time keeping a connection at this location. I have limited Internet on my phone plan so it's important to be able to connect to the Internet to listen to music and podcasts while working out. Today it wouldn't connect and said connection has failed

Terrible customer service. I walked in to tan, 2 black guys standing behind the counter, staring down at their phones. No welcome, no greeting, how you doin or anything. We didn't even make eye contact until I got to the counter and again no words whatsoever. I had to tell them I needed to tan, how long and in what type of bed. Not one word came from either of their lips as they continued to stare down at their phones. I'm old school, an older white guy and customer service is everything. You won't get it here. I believe customers come before gaming on your phone, checking your texts or emails. What do these guys do anyway? Get paid to stare at their cell phones all day? After I finished tanning, again, I went to the counter and not one word. No thank you for coming in, have a nice night ... NOTHING. Borderline rude but certainly not cut out for a customer service position. The gym itself is nice but they need to revamp their customer service dept. Welcome to post COVID customer service.

Great staff, super friendly and they keep the place as clean as possible.
The people that come here are AWFUL! They hog the machines and just sit on their phones, or they hold the machines for their workout buddy and spend more time chatting than anything.. even though they know you’re waiting. It’s worse when machines are out of service, which is often. It’s become so frustrating to work out before work. I’m considering finding a new gym, but I’m thinking inconsiderate people are EVERYWHERE.

Great staff. Very friendly. The best planet fitness we've been to. Wide selection of equipment for the most part. Sometimes it gets very busy which can be frustrating when the equipment is being hogged by people playing on their phones. I like to get in, get a good workout in, and get out! The air conditioning is a nice touch since I've been used to working out in a garage
