I was in serious need of tires immediately and didn’t know where to go. I did search online and still felt quite unsure of where to go. As a woman that doesn’t know a lot about cars this type of purchase can be intimidating but Pete the service manager was very comforting. He listened, checked my car and gave me his expert advice based on my budget. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. The service was quick. The place was clean and I like that I was able to see the work being done on my car from the waiting room. Pete also let me know about additional work that my car needed without making me feel pressured to do right away. He educated me and gave me my options. I felt really taken care of and I will return in a couple weeks to get my breaks done and a couple months for more tires. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness. I was very much appreciated! I HIGHLY recommend this location for any auto service needed!

I had a slow leak and took my truck in. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly fast. EXCELLENT service across the board. The cost of the repair was so low I had to look twice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After purchasing new tires, I came to NTB for wheel alignments in Madison. I was greeted by Johnny, who was very professional and attentive to my car braking concerns. Most Auto techs will charge you for new parts and labor that you don't necessarily need. I appreciate the integrity of Johnny and I would definitely recommend everyone to service your vehicle here. Pete and Anthony was so helpful and quick with my service ! Had a leaking tire and they found 3 leaks and replaced my tire all in the same day within 20 minutes !!! Highly recommend!!! They are the best !

I booked an appointment online for an oil change an hour prior. The staff was very friendly and was ready to take my car immediately. After looking up the type of oil for my car, I was told the cost upfront. The waiting area was comfortable with glass panes to be able to watch servicing if you want. I recommend using NTB at this location based on my first-time experience today.

Madison store is still the same awesome techs. Chris is such a great mechanic very much recommended but all these guys are excellent! Always fast with high quality and great service. For almost any service needed I always bring my car to them. They shoot you straight on the problem no exaggeration and I really appreciate that! Update-tech Chris has moved to the Meridianville location. He's the best I will be following him.
