Mavis bought ALL the NTB locations—the entire business. NTB no longer exists. So all your maintenance and purchase history is GONE. Mavis does not have it.
Mavis is doing my oil change and tire rotation right now. $151 for oil change (8 qts synthetic). Wow.

Johnny took care of all my brake needs, explaining everything and even showing me a detailed itemized list of everything that was to be done and the cost of each part and service before they started. If you are interested in quality work and no hidden costs, this is the place you want to go.

I recently moved here from Ft. Worth, where I was a NTB customer. When I had a tire problem, I tried the NTB in Madison AL. John and TJ were very friendly and extremely helpful. They had my tire fixed and I was on the road in no time. Thank you John and TJ!!!

This place is my GO TO! They just changed to Mavis. The entire crew is so friendly and kind and they make sure they inform you of any deficiencies. Anthony and the manager, TJ are soooo helpful! The best. All of them are!. I visit here several times a year for tires, oil changes, tuneups, whatever! Will not go anywhere else!
